In Russia, they believe that America’s turn towards itself, which Trump constantly proclaims, is beneficial to the rest of the world - they will interfere less in other people’s affairs. China is the main target of attacks by Trumpists, but Beijing realized even during his first term that the main thing for Trump is money and profit. That is, the conversation between the two largest economies is tough, but rational, it’s clear what they’re talking about. In contrast to the dialogue with the democratic administration, which, when discussing values ​​and ideals, as one Chinese interlocutor noted to the author of these lines, “never shows its hand.”

Even Iran, which openly suffered from Trump’s decision in 2018 to break the nuclear agreements, and in general is the object of hatred of most right-wing conservatives, is not feeling panic. It will not be worse.
