Eight years ago, Liana Malysheva was diagnosed with lung cancer. This type of cancer is considered the most common in Russia, it accounts for 25% of all cases. Liana lives in the village 100 kilometers from Saratov. There is no hospital or pharmacy in the village. To come to chemotherapy, you need to hire a car for three thousand rubles. Last fall, the drugs prescribed to the woman ceased to act. The local consultation, as Liana says, “wrote it off” it. For a new examination in Moscow, 300 thousand rubles are needed. To have money for treatment, the husband of Liana Dmitry, who worked as a tractor driver, signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.

... “This is a red-haired man, his kitten was thrown into the farm,-Liana strokes a huge dark honey cat, curled up on a buffet shelf. - This is Murka. She is an old woman at all. Apparently, kicked out of the house. She came to us. And this is Nick. Her husband brought: he returned from work and noticed on the highway between the villages. She was already frozen at the side of the road. The houses were warmed with a hairdryer. "
In addition to cats, the Malyshevs have dogs - also captures and found. But they spend most of the time in the courtyard and in the hallway. Only sometimes they scrap the door, interested in dinner. Liana stages wheat porridge with lard in a huge cauldron. “Spread,” the hostess grumble at feignedly. “They don’t eat without tomato and roasts.”
Liana has the perfect manicure, stylish earrings, a short haircut. “The hair has grown, how many are already without chemistry,” she says.

In the fall, the patient ceased to receive chemotherapy. The examination showed that the tumor in the lungs no longer responds to the drug, and heart problems began. “The consultation wrote me off,” Liana explains in a weekly tone. - They said: you go to the pharmacy, buy Tamoxifen, after three months - for examination. I have been sick for not the first year. I understand that this is not a treatment, but simply supporting therapy. ”
Liana has achieved a review of the decision. The repeated consultation sent it for an additional examination. The interlocutor would like to get to Moscow, but in the capital, an examination with a light biopsy costs at least 300 thousand rubles.
In her youth, Liana worked at a machine -building plant in Engels. “Starters wound. I liked it very much. First - 15 pieces per shift. Then I learned 500! Often remained overtime, went out on Saturdays. ” Once a woman was taken away from the plant on an ambulance. "You have full light waters!" - Surprised in the city hospital. First, the patient was treated for pneumonia. Then they sent to a tuberculosis dispensary.
“The month has passed, the second. They called me from work, said: the contract with you was terminated. Even the last sick leave was not paid. They put a box in the workshop, the girls dropped off for me. ”
Liana invited her to examine her for oncology.
“You are young, 32 years old, you are unlikely to have cancer,” Saratov doctors waved. The woman took a loan - 130 thousand rubles in order to independently be examined in the Blokhin oncocenter. It turned out that the tumor is already inoperable, the fourth stage.
I ask what she felt when she learned a diagnosis? “I didn’t shed a tear,” Liana replies firmly. - Well, what can you do, we will be treated. I did not know that the further, the worse. I only had a remission once when the tumor stopped. The rest of the time is growing. How many times they changed the drug to me, I don’t remember. Each time they collect a consultation, make two droppers, then CT. They look, go, did not go. "

Liana believes: “The main thing is not to give you to be spared. Even if it’s bad so that you can’t get up, get up. Otherwise, the disease will devour you. If my husband lied to me, I would have had a long time ago. ”
Liana met her husband in 2017, when, after making a diagnosis, she returned to her mother in the village of Borisovka - there was nothing more to rent an apartment in the city. “In January we met, in April they got married on Red Gorka,” the woman says. There were no bouquets or walks under the moon. But when a year later Liana made a new diagnosis - “ovarian cancer”, Dima was nearby.
In all the rooms of the Malyshevs house there are flowers in pots: hibiscus, spathiphyllum, orchid, orange. “But there I have roses and gladioli,” Liana shows at meter snowdrifts on the beds. In the garden, she grows cherries, aquest, pear, cherry plum.
“In the summer, I always get up at half past year in the morning. I sit on a bench under the window. I just sit and look. It is very beautiful - flowers, even ridges. And so that no blade of grass, ”the woman smiles.
Due to chemotherapy, bones become fragile. Liana has a fracture of the neck of the thigh. She walks with a cane. “I can’t squat down. I pull the grass in the garden crawling on my knees. In the fall, it was very bad. I lost 25 kilograms, nauseous constantly. I thought: I will not plant anything. But still, she planted 200 heads of garlic. I can’t do anything with myself, I like to mess with the ground, so that everything grows from it and lives, ”Liana laughs.
She also loves to pick mushrooms. Last year there were a lot of saucers and loaders. The hostess pickled them and salted for sale to help out money on the road to the hospital.
Previously, Liana made a manicure to the neighbors. She really liked to draw on her nails. Now the tumor is too pressed, and a woman cannot sit at a manicure table for a long time.
Malyshevs have a large farm: pigs, turkeys, geese, hens. “In the evening I am steaming porridge for piglets. For adult pigs, I mix compound feed with vegetable purification and dry milk. From 6.00 I begin to spread breakfast, slowly, half a bucket. I’ll feed everyone, then I bring warm water to the chickens, pigs - water with bread, ”the woman describes her working day.

A ton of forage grain now costs 6 thousand rubles. This is enough for two weeks. “The piglet needs to grow a year so that it weighs at least 50 kilograms. At the pork bazaar, 300 rubles are sold. But this is if you take the meat to the city. A village reseller takes pork 200 rubles per kilogram, ”explains Malysheva. - You can’t weld on a personal farm. This is mainly for the soul and for the home table. ”
The family lives in a house that Dmitry's parents received from a collective farm in the 1980s. “My husband and I replaced the windows, we repaired one room. You need to change the roof, repair the kitchen, buy a refrigerator. Where to get the money? "
Dmitry is a tractor driver by profession. For 10 years, the successes of domestic agriculture have been repeated in television. For three consecutive years, the country has been collecting excellent crops. Last year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, the state invested 540 billion rubles in support of the agro -industrial complex and the development of rural territories. In the current, the federal authorities promise 529.3 billion. How are these gigantic amounts that are not easy to imagine, change a person’s life in the village?
“The husband worked in a farm, but they don’t give a salary there on time - on December 28 they paid for three months. I went to Moscow for a construction site. It turned out that they promise one thing, but they pay in a completely different way. Everyone lives like that here. In the store, take goods in debt. We puzzle how to pay for light and gas: almost five thousand a month leaves for our house, ”says Liana.
Along the road from Saratov to Borisovka there is not a single billboard that would say: “Sign a contract with our agricultural enterprise, a salary of 200 thousand rubles a month.” But not far from the entrance to the village there is a shield depicting a guy in a helmet and the inscription: "Real male work."
“The husband, neighbor, the nephew signed the contracts, mobilized one more, one more went there so that they did not put it,” Liana believes how many people from the village went to his own. - The man is 10-11, probably. One boy in zinc was brought. "

Malyshev almost hit the Donbass in the fall of 2022. The agenda was sent to him immediately after the announcement of partial mobilization. Liana collected her certificates of health and disability and, together with her husband, went to the military registration and enlistment office. The porch was already standing a bus.
He looked at my papers and said: “Come out of here. Both, ”the woman recalls.
This time Dmitry did not discuss the decision with his wife. “He said: you have to go under a contract, and that’s it. He has three sisters, three brothers. He did not warn anyone. He gathered in two days and left, ”says Liana. The family took 50 thousand rubles for the fees. “We bought backpacks, shape, linen, Powerbank, multitul, flashlight. We also need a podzhoptor, rug, first aid kit. I looked at Wildberries, a good helmet costs 18 thousand! ”
On the bedside table by the bed there are fresh photos in wooden frames - before leaving, the couple took a picture at the gates of the military enlistment office. On the Great Portrait, Dmitry is already in uniform. “It is for them to finish the form in the military registration and enlistment office in order to stick a photo in a personal file,” Liana smiles.
Dmitry is 38 years old. He served in the army in 2003-2004, in Nizhny Novgorod. He has no combat experience, he has not been at the training camps. Now he is already "behind the ribbon." He wrote to his wife that he was appointed with a sapper.
Two houses from Malyshevs are a village monument to an unknown soldier - a gypsum figure of a fighter with an uncovered head. On the pedestal of the signs-“Eternal Glory to the Heroes of the Loers” and a very long list of the dead for a small village. Liana says that for many years the monument was abandoned - the figure was crumbled, the picket fence fell, on the site overgrown with weed, cows grazed. The woman wrote complaints in the authority, including the State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, without whom in the Saratov region and a fence in the village cannot be painted. The speaker helped, the regional authorities gave the monument.
Malysheva bought and put a flowerpot at the pedestal, divorced Petunia. “But no one is watering them, but it’s hard for me to limp with buckets. In winter, the snow on the site was cleared once. No one else needs this in the village, ”she waves her hand. - What pride there for victory! Previously, the neighbors threw the hose and drained the sewer behind the monument. ”

With the Liana administration, as she says, “a little fights”: “I write to the chapter:“ When will the garbage be taken out? Why in the summer there are no water for months? ” Now a new concern - the transformer is moving off the support. The peasants had vanished him with bricks, but the wires are already in the way. A little more - and people will be left without light and water. And if a fire? There is not even a fire brigade in the village. Sarai was burning at the neighbors, firefighters from the district rode to them for an hour and a half. ”
Until the end of winter, a woman hopes to put things in order on rural roads:
“I am now the wife of the participant of Svo. So, I’ll achieve that they sprinkle with sand in ice. ”
In Saratov, the fourth year is under construction of a new cancer center. The hospital should have 200 beds, the clinic is designed for 300 visits per shift. In the spring of 2020, the Krasnodar LLC Romex-Kuban received a state contract for 6.3 billion rubles, which submitted a single application. The president of the company is Alexey Prokopenko, a former assistant to the State Duma of the State Duma, Alexei Tkachev.
First, a medical institution was planned to be opened in December 2022, then-in July 2023. Through the arbitration court, the general contractor extended the deadline for the execution of the contract until December 2024. According to IA Saratov Businessconsulting, the company referred to the fact that part of the equipment necessary for the clinic was not supplied to Russia in connection with sanctions.
Note that President Vladimir Putin recently announced about problems with medical equipment. “We were 100% purchased in the previous years in previous years. Now some of our so -called partners refuse to serve him and carry out regulatory work, despite the fact that this is a purely humanitarian sphere, ”the head of state said at a meeting with agencies.

According to the estimates of the Saratov authorities, more than 700 people should work in the oncocenter. It was originally planned to train doctors for a new institution in capital's universities. It didn’t work out: “Here we learned students in Moscow, but did not go here,” said the Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, inspecting the Saratov construction site. Now the regional Ministry of Health proposes to invite on the ultra -modern equipment of oncologists from the districts to work. Who in this case will remain to treat residents in these areas, the Ministry does not report.
The Russian Ministry of Health believes that the country's hospitals lack 1778 oncologists and 139 radio therapists.
In total, last year, the State University of State has lost 9700 doctors of various specialties and 38,900 employees from the average medical staff. As a survey of the Internet Medvetnik portal, conducted together with the analytical company RNC Pharma, showed, more than half of the Russian doctors would like to leave the state institution. The co-chair of the Interregional Trade Union of Health Workers, Andrei Konoval, believes that the main reason is to reduce salaries due to the abolition of covid payments.
In the field of diagnosis of cancerous diseases, the government tried to motivate doctors with a ruble, introducing payments for onco -waistry. A doctor who, during a preventive examination, will prescribe an oncologist’s consultation to the patient can receive one thousand rubles if the diagnosis is confirmed. In 2022, the FMS allocated 66.2 million rubles for these purposes, in 2023-53.9 million. As the Accounts Chamber found out , a little more than three percent of the funds reached the doctors. In 35 regions, doctors did not receive a ruble for onco -waistry.
As the head of the Executive Committee of the Popular Front, Mikhail Kuznetsov, explained , "the requirements for the execution of documents and reports are such that it is easier to refuse this payment."
The measure was just as useless for patients: for the year, within the framework of medical examinations and prospees, less than a thousand cancer cases are found (in general, up to 600 thousand new cancer patients, annually).
The events of the last two years have not improved the situation with drugs for cancer patients. As the director of the Institute of Hematology, Immunology and Cellular Technologies, Alexei Maschan noted , in an interview with Izvestia newspaper, the problem with the delivery time of imported drugs that arose due to restrictions on cargo transportation has not yet been resolved.
Most large pharmaceutical companies suspended clinical research in Russia. “This means that the most modern drugs will not fall into our market. The fact is that the medicine cannot be registered in Russia, if some clinical trials on its territory have not passed. This puts a barrier on the way to Russia of any innovative therapy, ”explained Alexei Maschan.
According to the doctor, due to legislative restrictions on public procurement "foreign drugs with an impeccable reputation were extinct from the Russian market." According to the “Third Excess” rule, a foreign manufacturer of drugs is not allowed for auction if at least two manufacturers from the EAEU countries go to the auction.
According to the calculations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the share of Russian cancer in public procurement is approaching 70%.
Problems with drugs associated with restriction of the maximum vacation price of drugs from the List of the GUNLP are ongoing. According to Kommersant, for two years there has been a lack of Ikzemlycum - a drug for the treatment of breast cancer that has no analogues in Russia. As the manufacturer explains, due to the change in the supplier of the drug substance, the cost of the drug increased. Selling it at the price established by the Russian authorities is more unprofitable.
Serious difficulties are experienced by non -profit organizations that help oncopacients. In December, the Closure threat of closing was announced by the Foundation "Not in vain", created in 2010 by an oncologist Ilya Fomintsev. “The circumstances of the last two years were deprived of the fund of most partners from among large companies, and the current amount of private donations only partially covers monthly expenses,” the organization’s website says. The fund provided educational grants for doctors as part of the Higher School of Oncology and developed a free reference service for patients to “just ask”.
Two boxes of the kitchen cabinet are filled with packs of tablets in the house of Liana. “It goes a lot of medicines. The day before yesterday I bought little things: syringes, napkins, ointment - diclofenac. I spent a thousand rubles. ” There is no pharmacy in Borisov. Malysheva travels to new pins for medicines. Buses between the villages of the district do not go. A taxi costs 500 rubles.

Every six hours, Liana Kolet Tramadol. Behind the recipe, you need to go to the district hospital in the bazaar karabulak. “Directly - 30 kilometers. But in winter there is no road at all. They didn’t clean it in time, and now even the rotary tractor does not take these rubble. We have to go on a detour, this is twice as long. I give the driver two thousand. ”
For almost eight years, Malysheva went to chemotherapy once a month.
