The FSB reported on the detention of a citizen of Belarus in the case of arson of an electrical substation on instructions from the Ukrainian special services

In Voronezh, FSB officers reported the arrest of a suspect in the arson of an electrical substation in Tula. reported this with reference to the FSB Public Relations Center TASS and Izvestia .

The detainee turned out to be a Belarusian citizen born in 1998, previously convicted of hooliganism with the use of weapons, explosives or flammable substances. He is suspected of committing sabotage (part 1 of article 281 of the Criminal Code).

According to investigators, the detainee, through a crime boss from Kharkov, Grisha Moskovsky (real name Otari Danko), contacted the Ukrainian special services and later received the task of organizing sabotage on Russian territory in exchange for a monetary reward.

According to security officials, on February 6, the suspect set fire to the electrical substation of the municipal enterprise Tulgorelektrotrans in the Proletarsky district of Tula, and then left for Voronezh to set fire to the pumping and transformer substation there. The man was later detained by FSB officers.

Izvestia also published a video of the interrogation of a citizen of Belarus. In the video, the detainee said that earlier a man named Yuri called him and said that he was “from Grisha Moskovsky.” Later, the interlocutor offered him “a job in Tula”: to set fire to a transformer substation. The citizen of Belarus agreed, committed arson and then left for Voronezh.

In the video, the detainee admitted guilt in the case and repented of his actions. At the end of the video from the FSB DSP, the full name of the intermediary in negotiations with the Ukrainian special services - Otari Danko Borisovich - and several of his photographs are also indicated. Previously, Grisha Moskovsky also published a video calling on Russian prisoners who were being recruited for the war in Ukraine not to participate in the invasion.
