According to the criminal case card , on February 12 he was found guilty of sabotage at a transport infrastructure facility (Part 1 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code), participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code) and high treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code).
The detention of the Omsk resident became known at the end of August 2023. Then the FSB called him “an adherent of neo-Nazi ideology” and “an agent of the Ukrainian special services.”
According to investigators, in May last year a young man set fire to a relay cabinet at the Moskovka station of the West Siberian Railway. Shadrin told FSB officers on camera that he “offered to help the [Freedom of Russia] legion set fire to the relay cabinet for sabotage so that equipment would not get from the eastern part of Russia to the front.”
