A Magnitogorsk blogger who depicted sex with a friend on a bed in a shopping center was fined for “LGBT propaganda”

The Magnitogorsk Magistrate's Court fined a local blogger 100 thousand rubles under the article on “LGBT propaganda” on the Internet (Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), reports Verstov.Info . A young man and his friend pretended to have sex on a bed in a shopping center.

The publication notes that in early February, two young men stripped down to their underpants in the lobby of the Gostiny Dvor shopping center, lay down on an exhibition bed, covered themselves with a blanket and pretended to have sex. This was caught on CCTV cameras. "Verstov.Info" writes that one of the guys also posted a video of what happened on the Internet. According to journalists, the second young man will also be tried.

The publication notes that the blogger, fined for “LGBT propaganda,” was previously arrested under another administrative article - petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). The reason was that he “used loud and obscene language” in another shopping center.

On the website of the Pravoberezhny District Court of Magnitogorsk there is an entry dated February 9 about the arrest of student Evgeny Penkov. The court ruled that while in the food court area of ​​the Family Park shopping center, the young man “loudly used obscene language and behaved impudently and cheekily.”
