The justice of the peace in Magnitogorsk was fined a blogger for 100 thousand rubles because of a video in which he, together with his acquaintance, lay down on a bed in a shopping center and portrayed sex, reports the Virrantov.info publication.

The blogger was found guilty of the administrative protocol on the LGBT Propagand on the Internet (part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Two young people on February 6 came to the Gostiny Dvor shopping center, divided to panties, lay in the bed, set in the lobby, hid a blanket and pretended to have sex for a few seconds. The next day, the record from the surveillance camera showed the security company "Right of Growth".

The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chelyabinsk region told 74.ru that the police studied the blogger content, after which the court arrested it for eight days according to the administrative protocol on petty hooliganism (part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Such a decision regarding Yevgeny Penkov, a first -year student of the Nosov MSTU, on February 9, was issued by the Pravoberezhny District Court of Magnitogorsk, drew the attention of the Mediazon.

The resolution says that Penkov in the food court of the Family Park shopping center cursed loudly, “behaved impudently and cheekily”, expressing “a clear disrespect for society”.
