He was undoubtedly the most famous and influential Russian oppositionist. It was Navalny that became for Russians a person of protest and resistance against corruption and irremovability of power. Navalny went a long and difficult political path, from participating in a systemic opposition to poisoning for investigative activities and imprisonment for a decision to return to Russia.
