Navalny died as a result of murder - a planned murder, a murder methodically carried out, a murder of which the Russian state was guilty. Including the very departments that are now talking about inspections.

Security forces planned and carried out the poisoning of Navalny in August 2020. This is proven by numerous journalistic investigations, including the investigation of Navalny himself. It is impossible to prove this in a Russian court controlled by killers. But why? For all sensible people, those irrefutable facts that are already generally known are enough.

But Navalny miraculously survived. After treatment in Germany, still in poor health, Navalny returned to Russia. He was immediately arrested and kept in torture conditions for three years. Without proper medical supervision and treatment. Almost completely isolated from family and lawyers, and in the end - in one of the harshest colonies in the Arctic Circle. During his 37 months of imprisonment, Navalny spent 296 days in a punishment cell. There is no need to poison or kill in any other violent way - you can just wait.

And this is not just murder. This is a political murder. Navalny’s arrest and sentencing were not only unjust, they clearly pursued the Kremlin’s political goals. We are confident that both the fact of the murder itself and the fact that this murder is political will be properly proven with the help of law: at the international level and in Russia, in that very Beautiful Russia of the Future in which Navalny believed.

And this is not just a political murder. This is an attack on hope. But here it is already in our power to prevent this latest crime against Navalny from being committed. As well as stopping other political murders being committed right now .

Alexey is a man of extraordinary courage, perseverance and optimism. For us, he will always be a role model, a person who inspires, does not allow us to give up and gives hope. We will keep this gift.
