Artist and owner of a tattoo studio from St. Petersburg, Daria Krichker, was detained at Pulkovo airport due to a denunciation, and a criminal case was opened against her for insulting the feelings of believers (Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code). The artist’s husband reported this to OVD-Info.
The girl tried to fly to Yerevan, but she was detained and taken to the department for countering extremism; a preventive measure should be chosen for her in the near future.
The persecution began after the “Forty Forties” movement appealed to the Investigative Committee and personally to Alexander Bastrykin with a request to pay attention to the artist’s works and bring her to justice “for repeated gross blasphemous actions against Christ, the Mother of God, and the saints of the Church.”
In previous posts, scammers also complained about the work of another artist, Nina Karmysh. First they asked her to delete the photo, and then began harassing her on social networks with calls to complain about the images to the Investigative Committee.
On February 18 , Daria Krichker was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of a recognizance not to leave the place, writes Fontanka.
