"Memorial" will hold an anti -war festival

On February 28, the online festival “We are against the war”, organized by the International Memorial*, will be held.

The festival will begin after a meeting of the appeal collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, at which an appeal will be considered to the decision to liquidate the international memorial. The meeting will begin at 10:00 Moscow time.
