The defense of Kozyreva considers both the arrest itself and in general bringing her to criminal liability for administrative offenses and will in the near future appeal the court decision.

The decision to initiate a criminal case states that Kozyreva caused damage to 250 thousand rubles to the installation owner - the Bright City company.

As the “new” girls told, she was in December 2022 - January 2023. Several times they called for interrogations to the investigative department, but since then no investigative actions have been carried out, the case has not ended.

Law enforcement officers presented new claims to Kozyreva, already a first -year student of the medical faculty of St. Petersburg State University, on December 15, 2023.

“Dasha is a political fighter,” Denis continues, “it cannot be said that she was inactive for a year.” However, specifically in December 2023, my girlfriend did nothing bad. The police accused Kozyrev under an administrative article on the “discrediting of the RF Armed Forces”. And the court subsequently fined 30 thousand rubles. In addition, after this incident, Daria was expelled from St. Petersburg State University.

According to the mother of Daria Marina Kozyreva, the girl wanted to continue her studies further, she was interested in biology, but in another university.

A few hours later, she was detained, while accusing of disobedience the police (Article 19.3 of Part 1 of the Administrative Code). The judge of the Petrogradsky district of the court Dmitry Ravrkh immediately agreed to do this. It is unacceptable to pursue people for administrative offenses under a criminal article. We consider today's court decision illegal and unreasonable.
