Seven years ago in Perm it was possible.

Despite the fact that they were not allowed even then, they did not allow practically nothing. The officials stole, the judges and the police completely covered them.

The rallies were not coordinated against them, detained and planted, but sometimes it was possible to carry out something.

It was long clear what the irremovability of power and the criminal corrupt regime leads to. Many, many Permians tried to resist this with all their might.

And even then they killed, not yet massively, but the most persistent. Eternal memory to Boris Nemtsov.
