Ramzan Kadyrov again in the Central Design Bureau?

The Chechen head once again missed the President’s message, and has not appeared in public for several days

Like last year, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov missed the Epistle of the President of Russia 2024. The delegation from the Chechen Republic was represented by the State Duma deputy Delimkhanov, the speaker of the Chechen parliament Daudov and the commander of the Akhmat special forces Alaudinov.

Last year, the absence of Kadyrov was associated with his poor health. This year, the head of Chechnya flew to Moscow on a business trip just on the eve of the federal message. On February 23, as follows from a short message on the website of the President of Russia, a meeting of Putin and Kadyrov took place (neither the decryption of the meeting, nor video recording, nor photographs on the Kremlin.ru website). The selfie with Putin was laid out by Kadyrov himself in his telegram channel. In the next three days, he also published photographs with Nikolai Patrushev, his son Dmitry Patrushev, with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, with the Minister of Industry Denis Manturov and with the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. After that, as follows from publications in the telegram channel of the head of Chechnya, Kadyrov did not wait for the federal message of the president and flew to Grozny in order to take part in the inspection of the reconstruction of the Museum of the Chechen Republic. The reconstruction is supervised by his daughter, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Chechen Republic Aishat Kadyrov. From that moment on, Ramzan Kadyrov did not appear in public.

Such a strange behavior of the head of Chechnya, who considered the reconstruction of the Republican Museum a more important event than Putin’s message, can, however, be explained by the same reasons as last year. According to our sources, in fact

The head of Chechnya flew to Moscow to undergo the next course of treatment, and all his meetings at the highest level, backed only by photographs in his same telegram channel, is a well-organized “Covering Covering”.

There is no real evidence that Kadyrov really returned from Moscow to Chechnya, except for the plot of the reconstruction of the Chechnya Museum,. The plot itself, unlucky, is made, despite the more than a passing occasion, by all the republican media - in fact, the prepared news “Consumer”, launched as part of the “special operation”. The purpose of which is to hide the present whereabouts of Kadyrov and to finally allow him to undergo treatment without excessive media excitement about worsening health.

Such “special operations”, including with the participation of high -ranking Russian officials and Putin himself, have already repeatedly occurred. For example, in September last year, in order to dispel rumors about the hospitalization of the head of Chechnya in the Central Design Bureau of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation in a state of coma, the public showed Uncle Kadyrov, who allegedly undergoes treatment from a serious illness. And Ramzan Kadyrov, as if he had just come to visit him in Moscow. A couple of weeks after that, Uncle Kadyrov participated in the opening of the mosque in Chechnya. On the video frames devoted to this event, he looked completely healthy. But Kadyrov, who opened the mosque, made the impression of a seriously ill person, who was hardly given every step and every word.
