A conversation with a psychologist about telephone scammers and their victims. How Russian TV makes people defenseless and always frightened

Three weeks, from February 5, telephone scammers drove by the nose and mocked the 56-year-old resident of Zelenograd Olga. In the eyeballs of history, she transferred 2.6 million rubles to them, gaining loans. In the denouement, she is forced to insert the firecracker and blow her.

To prevent this, it is necessary to withdraw money from all accounts, apply for loans in different banks and transfer to a safe account. She performs. BAZA reports that scammers seemed to be employees of Rosfinmonitoring and SK. Olga drives the banks with her husband, he will tell later that he suspected the fraud, but gradually got involved himself. They talked about fraud in the bank, but could not convince.

Further, Olga is notified that she can receive compensation by 375%, but for this she needs to pay 10% for the commission - 535 thousand, as well as the income tax of 543 thousand. Olga takes 1.1 million from acquaintances and translates. Then they demand to pay for insurance, 300 thousand. Then - take a picture and shoot a video naked with her husband and send files by WhatsApp: Nyuds are needed for safety, “Scan of the Body” will protect all their savings for 30 years. Then she was informed that the FSB officers, who all this time were remotely monitored by what was happening, decided to clean it up, and she stuffs a tattoo with a certain code on her hand, as well as a number of abbreviations, including the GUR (the Main Directorate of Ukraine) and the inscription "V.O.r.".

Then Olga is ordered to buy firecrackers and insert it into her husband’s anus, set fire to, and send the filmed video to the indicated number. A woman inserts a firecracker for herself and set fire. On the evening of February 26, she is hospitalized from the house with injury and a burn of the genitals.

The story is how wild, equally typical, with the exception of the ending, it is a cosplay either Sorokin, or Greenaea, or Korean filmmakers. But at the same time, the finale is quite logical, moreover, something like this could not be expected: before that, people under the dictation of strangers in the telephone tube also not only transferred money, but, for example, prepared combustible mixtures, police, military registration and enlistment offices, etc.

The scale of the mental disaster is impressive, every week (!) In many regions of Russia, they summarize how many citizens gave money to crooks (they are called mobile and remote fraudsters, cybercriminals, Internet-so-thoughts), all public channels of power structures are full of advice on how to confront and not succumb to, nevertheless, in daily (!) Summary-history-history.

In one Krasnoyarsk Territory, not the most numerous, for two incomplete months (on February 22), 1463 people became victims of this kind of crimes, that is, only here they “bred” one of us around the clock, from the beginning of the year for many hundreds of millions of rubles. The same thing happened last year, with about the same frequency, only during the year - already for billions . And there were over 15 thousand victims over the past year in Krasnoyarsk.

Not only housewives - professors, doctors and university teachers, officials, public figures, artists, writers. Old people and 30 years old.

Here, for example , Krasnoyark, a former employee of the Bank of Russia: gave 14.3 million - pension savings, issued two loans, sold one apartment in the city center and almost sold the second; “I myself used to work as the head of the department in the Central Bank for 20 years, dealt with state security. I decided that I should help find scammers, so I didn’t tell anyone. ”

And the case in Zelenograd in all its absurdity and completeness is a capacious and understandable image of modern Russia, the metaphor of the modern mental state of the people. The case in Zelenograd, which is partly both Moscow and Russia, is in the direct connection with the position in which the whole country with its own, internal repression, upcoming elections without a choice; All this has only roots. To a large extent, this is prohibitive suggestibility and trusting.

Are there any features of our people, the slave gene-to listen and fulfill, or are it special talents among the current crooks, authorities, propagandists? No, it seems, nothing that our people would not do, obeying the voices from the outside. There were “death groups” in a teenage environment (for those who doubt it - see open statistics from psychiatrists and the Ministry of Internal Affairs), now something similar is revealed among adults. We are talking about this with psychologist Nikolai Shcherbakov.

- We have such people, yes. Trusting. There are very suggestible. Especially in old age. Critics are zero. But I have not yet met such as in Zelenograd. Crooks usually require the victims to keep everything secret, so Olga’s husband should not have participated, except in a sleeping state, like an object. Yesterday, colleagues called from Minusinsk: there, the administration took scammers who bred orphans for housing that the state provides them. So, they said to orphans: only so that the guardianship did not know! Understanding what this threatens for them.

The names of different power offices on people sometimes act magically. A joke, soon 20 years as I heard. The cop knocks on the apartment: woman, urgently take off your underpants! Well, not these, woman! Take off the panties from the balcony - now the president will go along your street!

About eight years ago, a relative calls me from an unfamiliar number and says, with a cheerful voice (I did not recognize him, we rarely communicate): “Nikolai, I am an investigator of such and such, you need to come there, go to the office of such and such a testimony.” I ask: what is the reason and why not a summons? He answers strictly: "I will explain the reason at the meeting."

Well, I have guesses in my head at once: apparently, some questions arose because I spend examinations and write conclusions regularly for ships, and they are unhappy. Although even in the FMBA ( federal medical and biological agency ) somehow my conclusion was checked (I only watched the child, and they looked at him, dad and mom), and they came to the same conclusions. That is, I am sure of my conclusions, but I also know that they are dissatisfied with them. And I think: yes, you have to go, probably. And he to me: “Kohl, well, did you believe, or what? I joked! "

But here is his intonations, confident and strict, they say about such - “non -objections”, as well as the mention of power structures, the name of their addresses - all this affected me.

It is clear that I was not extorted anything, and there is nothing to extort, but I was ready to come, since such a structure is being addressed. And so far in a good way!

- Surely these telephone scammers are guided by the techniques and methods of television crooks, which sink the most unscrupulous nonsense: hysteria, pathos, speaking without pauses, repetitions? And the grains fall on pre -prepared soil - is it related childbirth?

- En​​ The essence of the impact is the same: to inspire a person anxiety, to sow a panic in his soul - then he is much more trusting. And the techniques are an impressive loud voice or a quick pace of speech, so that a person could not figure out anything, frequent interruption, so that he is more confused, plus, of course, the mention of law enforcement agencies and hints that they know a lot about you.

In the fall, some Khmyr called my wife and, introducing himself as an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he quickly muttered: our conversation is recorded, but no one can talk about him. She began to object, then he interrupted and demanded to repeat what he said now. She got angry and hung up, but about five minutes their conversation lasted (I was nearby and came to listen to what it was more and more annoyed).

This is his requirement to repeat what has been said - I think they confuse so much and strive to subordinate and at the same time test suggestibility:

If a person begins to repeat, then with a high probability with him you can do anything.

By the way, the requirement that the conversation is a secret should already alert you. Wishes for everyone: do not do anything hastily! Take a pause, think everything calmly, discuss with loved ones, with a psychologist in the end.

- What does it mean to “alert”? I think here more stringent words and actions are required. Why do these topics are discussing with strangers? Why do people? Why don't they stop the conversation? Where does this confidence come from that it is worth lifting the phone if an unfamiliar number has been displayed? What do they want to hear from extraneous voices?

- Our people are closed in general. This is first. Secondly, nevertheless, you know, mythological, primitive, illogical thinking prevails in a significant part of people. And yet - this is also a feature of our national consciousness: we are all experiencing in ourselves. We are very secretive and incredulous (no matter how paradoxical it may not look against the background of millionth translations after one call) - the Russians in general and the Siberians are especially.

The same Ukrainians were able to preserve the independent media, and Yanukovych drove away, united. Because they are discussing everything with everyone, they are hooking their tongues and begin to speak, scream, and to sill all their troubles. They are so united and hold on to each other, unlike us, Russians,

- We are often atomized, we live on our own and we carry everything in ourselves. And when a person on his own, it is easier to care for him than when he feels that he is not alone and knows that he can discuss everything with someone that they will help him. The Russians in this sense, especially in our shackles, are much more closed and not confident in themselves and others. And increased highly, including therefore.

Well, then: we do not see our interlocutor. If he has a loud confident voice, he mentions the FSB or something else, says that you may have problems, then not everyone, but many people turn on such a children's worldview. Moreover, everyone can really have problems, and many understand this well. And suggestible people are not able to turn on criticism at such moments. After that, scammers with them, like the children, are already treating, lead them: do it, do it, well done, but don’t do this, it’s dangerous ... There are quite a lot of them - suggestible people.

In the psychoanalysis of dreams, the conversation by phone is interpreted as a conversation with the mother. In children's games, we often see the same. There is something in this: if someone unfamiliar to you calls, at an unconscious level he is perceived as a person with certain parental features. And someone at the same time as if in childhood falls out, and then in this state he fulfills the requirements of the callors.

Our media, I think, greatly attached a hand to the fact that people fell into childhood. In the late 80-90s, television helped people figure it out, taught “turning on the brain”. Now it is entirely propaganda and obscurantism. NTV and REN TV for 20 years, as they were squeezed, they carry such nonsense: the earth is flat, the reptilians attack, the enemies are around, it is time to hit a nuclear bomb, etc., all this nonsense.

The same in the press is yellowness, stupidity, mysticism, which drives people into such a borderline state when they are no longer trusted by the school curriculum, but to various nonsense ... something similar was when the USSR collapsed, but then the people were not dried up, there was less religiosity, and scientific worldview, materialism in the minds dominated. Now all this is lost, there is no unity in anything, as a result - atomization and obscurantism, against which people feel uncertainly and become more suggestive.

Well, from its experience in counseling, participating in supervisions, I understand well that from this, you know, a significant part of the people separates a significant part of the people, and it is very easy to break through these unsteady psychological defenses.

Plus our sacred fear of the organs. Since they are often perceived as creative lawlessness, which is becoming more and more, one mention of these structures already acts magically. This story is with Iblonov. Well, the artist drew an eight -pointed star, as a result, what is wrong with him? First administrative, then a criminal case. And now he is under house arrest. He was not allowed to calmly leave for Kazakhstan. Everyone knows about this. And this does not add confidence in power structures and a calm attitude.

People understand that, if desired, security forces can do anything with them. How can you not begin to be afraid and believe all the callors?

At such times, one who has something in material terms is sleeping worse: he has something to lose. He unconsciously wants to get rid of what he has, and so protect himself, to save himself.

Because at such times it is hard to have money and understand that it can be easily selected. Therefore, they are given them so easily. I do not exclude that this is only my fantasy, but, I think, such an unconscious mechanism works during the time of universal panic. Here rational thinking does not affect little, and people are underway - they are driven by such a desire to pay off.

- Yes, but these are the same people who will come and vote soon, most likely, for Putin. For the continuation of all this. However, they are afraid of such a future.

- Yes, everyone has something to be afraid, especially now in our country. Moreover, you see, there is also a transgenerational traumatic experience: the ancestors of many of us are dispossessed, planted, deported, shot, and unconscious folk memory stores this. Moreover, this universal gigantic trauma has not really been processed, this is still silent! The historian Dmitriev is persecuted , they simply put him because he dug up the skulls, returning the names of the executed.

And she remains in us, this injury. As in 1990, one teacher of mine said in an interview with the Krasnoyarsk newspaper: if a mental trauma is not exhausted, it is not worked out, it will certainly be repeated. And we are in ourselves and wears different irrational fears. Now they are actualized again. And instead of talking about this to everyone openly, to remember, to jointly experience all this terrible experience of the last century, people simply go to their senses. And they are easier to influence scammers.

- I will translate the conversation on your wards, to all this horde that you help, to graduates of orphanages. Even the whole lives have passed all their lives with the diagnosis of “mental retardation” , even those who did not serve are sent to their army, organizing them such a life situation in which it seems like not to sign a contract and does not work. But this is the same suggestibility, subordination, often they do not realize that they sign people in form under the formidable roar of people. Why so?

- Many orphanages have a conditional term, they are suspended on the hook. That's just one such, urgent who did not serve, signed a contract and left. The last time he called up when he was in Omsk at the transit, from where he was supposed to leave for Lugansk. There is no more connection. His brother also signed the contract: "How will my brother." Now the medical board is underway, set up directly tough, not to dissuade.

He went. What should he do? He depends on him. I wanted to photograph these papers, they said: it is impossible, forbidden. And you need to sign. He then informed me when he signed. That's all.

And he felt that he was doomed, he signed. He seemed to be made there to understand that now “late rushing”, as teenagers say.

By the way, he was called the guys to leave for Krasnoyarsk, found where to live, work. And many feel like such rabbits alone with a boaver. There is no rod inside and desire to fight. I, since I work with people, I know that this is very few in us. Для таких власть — только попытка как-то защититься от этих внутренних травм. Они в душе несчастные совершенно. Поломанные дети. Это их не оправдывает, конечно, но, по крайней мере, объясняет ту обреченность, с которой все выстраиваются в очередь к удаву. Независимо от сословия, достатка, образования и т.д. Отсюда беспомощность, идентификация с агрессором и желание служить условному Дракону.

Знаете, одна из черт сирот — нутром понимать, чувствовать, кто здесь главный. А это обычно тот, кто сильнее и наглее. Ну и стараться ему подчиняться. Это их способ выжить, потому что помощи ждать неоткуда. Надо прогнуться под главного, подстроиться под него, радовать его. Then everything will be fine. Ценится не профессионализм, а подобострастие.

— В общем, как бы дико или абсурдно ни выглядело происходящее, оно закономерно?

— Хорошо знающие заграницу коллеги говорят, что по всему миру сейчас царит примерно то же — разобщенность, химеры и мракобесие, и мы со своим тяжелым бэкграундом по-своему вписываемся в этот всеобщий постмодернизм. «Кысь» да «Кысь» кругом…

Кстати, вполне допускаю, что женщина, взорвавшая себя, нуждается в психиатрической помощи. Таких тоже немало, и часто они боятся обращаться к специалистам. Иногда, увы, обоснованно, потому что с психиатрами, которым можно доверять, кто действительно поможет, дела обстоят не очень.

То, как люди легко поддаются манипуляциям, как беспроблемно ломаются под голосами извне, — возможно, следствие того, что они уже давно не столько люди, сколько потребители ТВ, пропаганды.

Законные цели оружия массового психического поражения. «Мои мама и папа превратились давно в телевизоры» — это Земфира*, 2004 год; действительно — уже третье десятилетие, и камень станет пылью, что уж о душах и воздушных материях говорить.

И, возможно, лавина телефонных мошенничеств — несмотря на такую же лавину предупреждений из того же зомбоящика — это своего рода карма. Потребители ТВ лишаются денег, здоровья, свободы.

Ну и еще одно, если попробовать заново связать причинно-следственные связи, над разрывом которых пропаганда трудится прежде всего. Тот же телик и вполне официальные представители силовых структур говорят, что телефонные жулики действуют из Украины и Польши, а деньги идут ВСУ. То есть программируя и дебилизируя народ, телепропагандисты в конечном счете содействуют тем, кого они называют врагами. Земля все-таки не плоская, это шарик, и все возвращается, круг замыкается, законы воздаяния вроде не отменяемы, вот только пожинают бурю не всегда те, кто сеял ветер. Ну тут уж теория вероятностей, поведение больших чисел.
