International reaction

• ЮАР направила «срочный» запрос о необходимости дополнительных обеспечительных мер и изменении постановления Международного уголовного суда ООН по делу «ЮАР против Израиля». ЮАР обосновала свою позицию тем, что появились «новые факты и изменения в ситуации в Газе», а именно массовый голод, вызванный нарушениями Конвенции о предупреждении преступления геноцида и наказании за него. Также Южно-Африканская Республика указывает на нарушения предыдущих обеспечительных мер, предписывающих Израилю «сделать все возможное, чтобы предотвратить геноцид палестин:ок».

Context

• The Palestinian state today consists of two territories - the gas sector and the western bank of the Jordan River.
