Three Navalny lawyers extended the arrest in the case of participation in the extremist community
The Basmanny District Court of Moscow extended the arrest to lawyers of the politician Alexei Navalny Vadim Kobzev, Alexei Liptser and Igor Sergunin until June 13, the mediazone correspondent from the court reports. This is the first appearance of lawyers in court after the death of Alexei Navalny.
The preventive measure of Igor Sergunin was extended separately, Vadim Kobzev and Alexei Lipzer - together. Unlike previous meetings in the case of lawyers, today's extension of the preventive measure to Kobzev and Lipzer was open.

Three lawyers are accused of participation in the extremist community (part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). In the pre -trial detention center they are on October 13. In November, Kobzeva, Lipzer and Sergunin entered the “list of extremists and terrorists” of Rosfinmonitoring.

The investigation decided that the defenders of Navalny, “using their status”, regularly handed over letters from the opposition to their colony to his associates. Thus, Navalny "continued to carry out the functions of the leader and the head of the extremist community."
Already after the arrest of Kobzev, Lipzer and Sergunin, they arrested in absentia the other lawyers of Navalny - Alexander Fedulov and Olga Mikhailov who managed to leave Russia.
