The arrest of Navalny’s lawyers is renewed quietly. The fact that the organizer of the "extremist community" died and will not testify - the judge does not bother

The Basmanny Court of Moscow on March 7, before the holidays, quietly and without noise extended for the next three months arrest to the lawyers of the deceased Alexei Navalny - Vadim Kobzev, Alexei Lipzer and Igor Sergunin. Politics is no longer alive, and the criminal case of participation in the “extremist community” (part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code) is in no hurry to terminate its lawyers. He led the community from prison through lawyers, according to the investigation, naturally Navalny, for which he was condemned in August 2023 in the age of 19 in the colony of special regime.

According to investigators, the defenders of Navalny, “using their status”, regularly handed over letters from the opposition from the colony to his associates. Thus, Navalny "continued to carry out the functions of the leader and the head of the extremist community."

The defenders of the politician, arrested, in fact, as hostages (like Lilia Chanysheva and Ksenia Fadeeva), alas, few people recall in public space today.

Until recently, meetings on the extension of the renewal were held in closed mode - the investigation is afraid of the disclosure of some important data. From the lawyers of the accused due to the same threat, a non -disclosure subscription was taken. The Former Navalny’s ex-defenders themselves are kept in the so-called Kremlin central-the investigative insulator 99/1 (SIZO-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia), which differs from all prisons in the country with the greatest closed and isolation (only about a hundred people are sitting in this pre-trial detention center).

This time, however, in the open mode, the judge of the Basmanny Court, Natalya Dudar, extended the arrest to lawyers, who did not need in a separate representation (he has been undergoing citizens for more than 20 years, literally several generations of “political” have passed through it in the Basmanny court). So Lipzer, Kobzeva and Sergunin Dudar sent into custody, as the investigation asked. The presence of young children for all the accused (Sergunin, moreover, the widower brought up the child alone, and Kobzev of a large father), of course, did not move her. Like the worsening state of health of Alexei Lipzer.

On the day of extending his daughter, Steshe was three years old, which was announced on Instagram (prohibited in the Russian Federation for the social network) the wife of Lipzer Mila, posting a photo of her husband in a glass cage and writing: “On the birthday of our daughter, I went to the trial of my husband. They extended until June. Look how thin it is ... "

In the pre -trial detention center, Navalny’s lawyers are already five months old. In November, Kobzeva, Lipzer and Sergunin, before the sentence, the court entered the “list of extremists and terrorists” of Rosfinmonitoring, blocked them all cards and accounts.

Of course, the courts and investigation, of course, are not interested in how their families should live without breadwinners.

We add that in addition to Lipzer, Kobzev and Sergunin, the criminal case of participation in the extremist community was also instituted against two more lawyers of Navalny - Olga Mikhailova and Alexander Fedulov. They are put on the wanted list and in absentia arrested by the same Basmanny court.

None of the lawyers of the ex-politician admit his guilt.

The case against Navalny’s lawyers, as a persistent sensation develops, was actually initiated with the aim of isolation of a living politician and creating a complete information vacuum around him.

Navalny, until the last, disputed the decision of the head of the Vladimir colony of Dmitry Nogozhn on the control of letters, mail cards, telegraphic and other messages between him and his lawyers in court.

After the “neutralization” of the defenders, by their landing, Navalny began to defend the lawyer Leonid Solovyov. True, he sometimes succeeded with great difficulties. Employees of the Vladimir correctional colony No. 6 could hold it at the IR door for seven hours and, as a result, could not be missed under a formal pretext. And at the end of December 2023, as you know, Navalny was completely transferred to the polar circle, to a special regime colony in Harpe. The place where it became more difficult for lawyers to ride and where the politician eventually died a month and a half later, under the legally not found out circumstances - neither the criminal case was instituted, nor the DVRs of the public were submitted.

Most likely, the criminal case against Navalny’s lawyers will be brought to court.

The fact that the "organizer of the extremist community" died and will not be able to testify is not embarrassed.

The court itself, on the merits, according to the "New", will be held in the Vladimir region - at the place of "committing a crime".
