Any person who is not idly, but sincerely interested in the fate and state of Russia, cannot but notice that analysts and expert assessments about what is happening in the country has seemed more ... On the Internet, whole bunches have grown up, that independent and only at first glance of independent sites, resources, youtube and telegram channels, which are unadgusted day after day. "Analyze this." But also it is impossible not to notice that, firstly, they sound in recent times, especially if they are in Russia, everything is muffled and more ironed, which, apparently, is to blame for the strangle of legislation, which makes you follow every word, so as not to fall under fines or, worse, a criminal. And secondly, everyone carefully cultivates his plot exclusively: here-about ideas, here-about the economy, here-about military operations, here-about the elections and only, now-a little wider-about politics, but no further than the closest turn to the socialist, here-about general or private social moods, but about culture and sport.

There is no dispute, all this is important, and the honor and praise to everyone who is trying to comprehend and describe one or another aspect and corner of the domestic reality surrounding us. But at times I would like to see not a set of detached pieces of the puzzle, but an honest general picture, an instant and multi -dimensional frame of what determines our life from all sides at once.

Its factors, events and power decisions determine its factors, each of which in the old days would become a challenge and an occasion for anxiety, or even for despair. And now, in the presentation, what is happening in Ukraine, and how the civilian economy is compressed, and how it is growing and poured by the casting steel of the military -industrial complex, and how louder they say about the upcoming increase in taxes, and how new and new laws are adopted day after day, which cut down the rights and freedoms of citizens of the country, and how the authorities are increasingly turning away from the ecology and hidden in the depths and hidden in the depths Social countries towards ideological dances with tambourine and lessons about greatness and unanimity,

- All this gives reason to suggest that our country is sick. She needs decisive and careful treatment: decisive in that about her head, and careful where the social, public body.

Time for such a treatment has not yet come, but of course, it is necessary to prepare for it.

For what? In order to stand as firmly with your feet in the present, predicting the future, which is determined not so much by the far and not very past, which has become so fashionable (and convenient) to look, explaining almost everything that Russia has become and lives today, how much that is what is happening here and now.

The future is growing right now from our present day, from our collective and individual actions, actions and thoughts. Therefore, it is so important to grab and analyze the day today, proceeding to predictions regarding the day of the future. And to do this as comprehensively as possible, inviting to reflect on Russia in the version of March of the twenty -fourth year of specialists in various fields - from law to economics, from politics to ecology, from security to sociology, from human rights to open data. To invite and set them the task of looking at the country without emotions and bias, with a cold analytical look, resisting to fall into despondency, in unreasonable optimism. We need this both as a reference point in the coming year, and as an X -ray picture, without which it is impossible to either make a diagnosis or give a forecast for treatment and recovery.

It seems that the time has come politely, but firmly, abandoning the formula “Do not understand Russia with the mind”, try to do this and do it, understand the mind, leaving faith to those who believe that only she remained today.
