There were several polling stations in Moscow where Putin’s official result was as close to absolute as possible. There he allegedly won 99% or more of the votes. attention to this . drew Electoral expert Dmitry Nesterov
On his Facebook, he published a summary table of results for polling stations in the Danilovsky district of Moscow and drew attention to the anomalous results at polling stations No. 1757 , No. 1766 , No. 1769 and No. 3480 , where Putin, according to official data, scored 98.81%, 99.03 %, 99.12% and 99.51% of votes, respectively. At the same time, voters at these polling stations allegedly did not spoil or take away a single ballot.
At the same time, in other polling stations of the same Danilovsky district, Putin’s result varied in the range from 61% to 69% of the votes. Nesterov explained this by the fact that there were “independent observers and members of commissions who were not carried away by the hurricane of reviews that happened in Moscow.”
“Why am I doing this? Moreover, a new electoral sultanate has just emerged in this territory. <...> And when you hear/read that Putin received the highest percentages in Chechnya, do not forget the heroes of the invisible front from the Danilovsky Sultanate, who without unnecessary fanfare surpassed that proud mountainous republic,” Nesterov commented on his find.
According to the Republican Election Commission of Chechnya, in this region 98.99% of voters voted for Vladimir Putin, and the turnout was more than 97%.
In the country as a whole, the final turnout, according to the Central Election Commission, amounted to a record 77.44% for the modern history of Russia, while Vladimir Putin, after processing 99.94% of the PEC protocols, received 87.3% of the votes.
