On March 15 and 18, the Sergiev Posad City Court of the Moscow Region granted requests for preventive measures for Georgy Paramoshin and Kirill Nikulenkov, whom the investigation considers to be administrators of the telegram channel “NATSDEM”. According to information on the court’s website, Georgy Paramoshin was sentenced to house arrest on March 15. A number of telegram channels, however, claim that Paramoshin is in a pre-trial detention center. Kirill Nikulenkov was chosen to be kept in a pre-trial detention center.
Paramoshin and Nikulenkov are charged with inciting hatred or enmity (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code). The first of them was detained on March 15, the detention of the second in the Arkhangelsk region became known on March 18. According to investigators, Paramoshin was the administrator of the “NATSDEM” telegram channel, where he published posts “aimed at inciting hatred or hostility towards persons of non-Slavic appearance.” Nikulenkov is probably charged with the same thing. According to SOTA, the reason for the criminal case was denunciations of the pro-war community “Direct Action”.
The Telegram channel “Politzek-Info” writes that the authors of “NATSDEM” have repeatedly opposed the war in Ukraine and criticized Vladimir Putin.
On April 2, the Moscow Regional Court approved Kirill Nikulenkov’s detention. This is reported by SOTA.
