Ishutin was fined under the article on the lack of marking as a founder, member, participant or leader of a “foreign agent” (Part 5 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code) due to publications in a personal telegram channel.
The Dovod publication was added to the register of “foreign agents” in the spring of 2023, and Ishutin himself was added last Friday. His colleagues point out that the journalist left Russia in 2022 and does not comply with the decisions of Russian courts.
