Russia’s Internal Affairs Ministry reports that all terrorist suspects are foreign nationals

Refuting reports circulating on social media, Russia’s Internal Affairs Ministry has announced that all suspects arrested in connection with Friday’s terrorist attack outside Moscow are foreign nationals. Migration Service officials are working with the Federal Security Service to establish how long ago these men entered Russia.

Previously, multiple popular Telegram channels claimed that the suspects were immigrants who had recently become Russian citizens.
