President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky commented on Vladimir Putin’s address in connection with the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, in which the Russian president, in particular, stated that the terrorists “tried to escape and moved towards Ukraine, where a window was prepared for them from the Ukrainian side crossing the state border."

Zelensky noted that Putin’s appeal appeared only the day after armed people opened fire in the concert hall and then set it on fire. “This nonentity Putin, instead of dealing with his citizens of Russia, turning to them, remained silent for a day - he thought about how to attract this to Ukraine. Everything is absolutely predictable,” Zelensky wrote in his Telegram channel.

“Both Putin and other scum are just trying to blame it on someone else. They always have the same methods. It happened before. And there were houses blown up, and executions, and explosions. And they always blame others,” says the President of Ukraine.

“Those hundreds of thousands of Russians who are now being killed on Ukrainian soil would definitely be enough to stop any terrorists. And if Russians are ready to die silently in the “crocuses” and not ask any questions to their special services, then Putin will try to turn more than one such situation to the benefit of his personal power,” Zelensky said, adding that the Russian authorities treat the citizens of their country “as to consumables."
