A photograph showing the torture of one of those detained in the case of a terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow was published online. It was published by the Gray Zone telegram channel close to the security forces.
“Important Stories” clarifies that the person in the published photograph is a detainee named Shamsidina Fariduni. In the photo he is lying on the floor with his pants down, part of the photo is blurred. Journalists found an unblurred photograph showing wires connected to Fariduni’s genitals.
“An ordinary interrogation takes place using a military field telephone TA-57 (in common parlance “tapik”), by turning the coil (inductor handle), discharges of electricity up to 80 volts are released through the wires, which in turn are connected to the prisoner by the fingers, ears or genitals, also, for a better effect, the captured militant should be sprinkled with water,” says Gray Zone.
The terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow occurred on March 22. When people were queuing to get into the concert of the Picnic group, the militants started shooting. There was also a fire in the building, which was only put out the next day.
