Telegram channels close to Russian security forces published a photo that allegedly shows the interrogation of Shamsiddin Fariduni, who was detained on suspicion of committing a terrorist attack in Crocus.
Attention. The following paragraph describes scenes of violence. We ask sensitive people not to read it.
The photo shows a man lying on the floor with his pants down. It is allegedly connected to a military communications device TA-57, which security forces use for torture with electric shocks. The wire terminal appears to be connected to the genitals (part of the photo is blurred).
From the description published by the Gray Zone telegram channel, it follows that the discharge voltage is up to 80 volts, and water is poured on the suspect to intensify the pain.
