Solovyov called the complaints of Belgorod residents about the shelling “vile hysteria.” Residents began to offer him to move the studio to Belgorod

TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, on the air of his Solovyov Live program, announced “a large number of different creatures pretending to be bloggers,” who, according to him, said that “the federal government has forgotten Belgorod.”

Solovyov called complaints from Belgorod residents about the shelling “vile hysteria”, which was “immediately picked up by the Ukrainian-Nazi media,” and advised residents to “shut up,” telling how he stopped by to talk with the regional Minister of Public Communications Oksana Tarantova and how shelters are being set up in Belgorod.

In response, the authors of one of the Belgorod news publics invited residents to write comments under Solovyov’s latest post so that he would “move his cozy television studio to Belgorod.”

After that, more than 2.5 thousand comments appeared under the post with the broadcast of the program on VKontakte. In many of them, the TV presenter is offered to come and live in the city. “We propose to move your cozy studio to Belgorod and, to the sound of a siren, get from and to work, fall asleep and wake up. Please show an example of how not to be “hysterical” when it flies into houses, apartments and living people,” they write to Solovyov.

In comments to other posts on the program page, users also leave the hashtag #SolovievComeBelgorodWaiting.

• Shelling of Belgorod has become more frequent in recent weeks and became especially intense during the presidential elections in mid-March. On March 19, the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that in a week in the Belgorod region, 16 civilians were killed and 98 injured from shelling.
