The court arrested three more defendants in the case of a terrorist attack in Crocus

One of them belonged to Renault, on which terrorists hid. The other two are his father and brother. They claim that they themselves came to the UK

The Basmanny Court of Moscow on March 25, at the request of the investigation, arrested three defendants in a criminal case of a terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.

The Brothers Dilovar and Aminchon of the Islomovs, as well as their father Isroil, were arrested for two months, until May 22. All three defendants, according to the Court of Court, are charged with a terrorist attack that entailed the death of a person as part of an organized group (paragraph “b” part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Dilovar and Aminchon Islomov have already been charged, their father remains in the status of the suspect.

The Islomovs live and work in Tver. 23-year-old Dilovar Islomov is the owner of the Renault machine, on which the terrorists left the Crocus. A few hours after the attack, he told Novaya Gazeta Europe that about a week ago he sold her wife’s brother (RIA Novosti with reference to a source, familiar with the situation, reported that Islomov sold the car in February, but OSAGO insurance remained in his name).

Dilovar and his 33-year-old brother Aminchon, according to them, themselves came to the UK. “We ourselves left when we found out that we saw my car,” said Dilovar Islomov (quote from the Mediazone). Aminchon Islomov to the question of the judge, whether he understands what he is accused of, replied: "I am innocent."

The investigation claims that Dilovar and Aminchon of the Islomovs were in an organized criminal group, where Shamsiddin Fariduni, one of the alleged terrorists: Aminchon - no later than January 2024, and Dilovara - no later than March 11, 2024.

Updated . The head of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin, at a meeting with Vladimir Putin, said that, according to investigators, the Islomovs provided the terrorists with an apartment for living, a car and transported their money.

On the eve of the court arrested four alleged direct executors of the attack - Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidraks Rachabalizoda, Muhammadobrazi Fayzov and Shamsiddin Fariduni. Two of them pleaded guilty.

Judging by the photo and video from the courtroom, the accused of direct execution of the attack was tortured after the detention. One of them had scraps of the package on the neck, the other had a band of an ear, some of which the security forces cut him off during the detention. The third accused was brought to the court on a medical gurney and with a catheter, at the meeting he did not respond to what was happening.
