Alexander Bortnikov, answering a question from journalists about whether the USA, Great Britain and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow on March 22, said : “We think so.” “In any case, we are now talking about the invoice that we have. This is general information. But there are already certain developments,” he added.
When asked why those who commit crimes against Russia and Russians, including the heads of the Ukrainian special services, have not yet been defeated, he replied: “Everything is ahead.” “There will, of course, be retaliatory measures. Everyone who has anything to do with this will be found and punished. We will work,” he said.
He repeated once again that the terrorists who carried out the attack on Crocus “intended to go abroad and specifically to the territory of Ukraine - according to operational information, they were expected there.”
Bortnikov is convinced that the terrorist attack was needed to “stir up the situation” and create panic in Russian society. The West and Ukraine, he said, are seeking to cause more harm to Russia.
He also stated that the Ukrainian side carried out training and training of militants in the Middle East. According to him, representatives of the “Kyiv regime” went to the terrorists, worked with them and trained them. In addition, Bortnikov said that, in his opinion, the Security Service of Ukraine should be recognized as a terrorist organization “and not only consider it so, but also make appropriate decisions.”
