A white Renault car with license plate “T 668 UM 69,” in which the perpetrators of the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack were allegedly driving after the attack, violated the speed limit at least six times on the evening of March 22. This follows from data from traffic cameras that recorded speeding, “Important Stories” reports, citing materials from the “Payment State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.rf” service.
According to this information, the car violated the traffic speed on the M-3 Ukraine highway at 45, 46, 49, 73, 81 and 108 kilometers.
The car left the Crocus in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, at approximately 20:15. The first time the CCTV cameras recorded a speed violation was at 20:43, the last time - at 21:29. As Mediazona notes , at 21:29 the car was in the Obninsk region in the north of the Kaluga region, not far from the border with the Moscow region.
Judging by the screenshots of Important Stories, in most cases recorded by surveillance cameras, the car was traveling at a speed of more than 100 kilometers per hour (the maximum at 21:08 was 141 kilometers per hour).
As the publication points out, the first reports that the alleged terrorists fled in a white sedan appeared in the media at 22:51.
There are no more recent fines in the Payment State Traffic Safety Inspectorate.rf system. As Mediazona suggests, this may indicate that fines have not been entered into the system, or that criminals have slowed down and cameras have stopped recording violations.
According to the official version, law enforcement agencies stopped a car in the Karachevsky district of the Bryansk region at the 376th kilometer of the M-3 highway ( 140 kilometers from the border with Ukraine) on the night of March 23. It is unclear why traffic police officers did not stop the car for speeding earlier.
