FSB officers prevented a terrorist attack, which, states, three citizens of “one of the countries of Central Asia” planned to be arranged in the Stavropol Territory. About this, writes Interfax , the department said.

According to special services, the suspects were going to arrange an explosion in one of the places of mass stay of people.

During the searches at the place of residence of the detainees, “the components of a home -made explosive device, chemicals and damaging elements were found and seized,” the FSB said.

A criminal case of a terrorist attack has been instituted (part 1 of Article 30, paragraph “A”, part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code). The FSB did not disclose other details of the case and personality of the detainees.
