The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested until May 22 the ninth defendant in the case of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, Nazrimad Lutfulloi, who, according to Telegram channel 112, “participated in a terrorist financing scheme.” He has been charged with terrorism.

As follows from the resolution of the Preobrazhensky Court of Moscow, earlier, on March 25, Lutfulloi was arrested for 15 days after he was detained near Crocus City Hall while “checking individuals for involvement in committing a sabotage and terrorist act .”

The document notes that on March 23, the day after the terrorist attack , he refused to show documents to the police, “began to use crude obscene language, behave defiantly, impudently, when detained, he showed disobedience, tried to break free, pushed away the police officers with his hands, behaved aggressively, and was rude .”

Lutfulloi was charged with petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). As stated in the resolution, the detainee fully admitted his guilt.

Lutfulloi is 24 years old, he was born in Tajikistan, single, no children, no previous convictions. He has a higher education, before his arrest he lived in a hostel near the Shchelkovskaya metro station, writes Mediazona.

Lutfulloi became the ninth defendant in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus. Previously, four participants in the attack, the owner of the apartment they rented, as well as the former owner of the car in which the terrorists escaped, his brother and father were sent to a pre-trial detention center.
