An actor from the TV series “Unprincipled” and a participant in “Let’s Get Married” starred in a propaganda video about Ukraine

Russian actors, including a participant in the “Let's Get Married” show, starred in a propaganda video about mobilization in Ukraine. This was reported by the Agency and Mediazona .

The video began spreading on pro-Russian Telegram channels on April 1. As the Agency writes, Vladislav Pozdnyakov’s closed channel “Male State” was among the first to publish it. According to Pozdnyakov, the video was shot “for Ukrainian men who are forcibly sent into the trenches to die for the Kiev regime, while the children of the elite get high.” “His son is the elite, and you are meat,” says the voiceover in the video.

The plot of the video is based on the contrast between two Ukrainians. One is taken by force to war, where he is wounded. The second one flies on a business jet at this time, travels and attends parties. “You know whose sons mobilization does not concern,” the video ends with this phrase.

As the Agency writes, the role of the Ukrainian military man was played by 31-year-old Alexander Panov, a graduate of the Tyumen State Institute of Culture and the Yekaterinburg Theater Institute. From 2009 to 2022 he worked at the Tyumen Puppet and Mask Theater. In his video card in 2022, he said that he also starred in the film “Tobol”.

The role of the Ukrainian, who was not drafted and attended parties, was played by 26-year-old graduate of the Yaroslavl Theater Institute Maxim Gromov. As Mediazona notes, Gromov is known from the TV series “Unprincipled.”

Russian actor Andrei Sokolovsky also starred in the video, the publication found out using a facial recognition service. He played a military man who forcibly took a conscript into the army. “Mediazona” writes that Sokolovsky previously acted mainly in episodic roles, and also participated in the programs “Dinner Party” and “Let’s Get Married.”

In a conversation with the publication, Sokolovsky did not admit that he participated in the filming of the video. Gromov and Panov did not communicate with journalists.
