Her 26-year-old son Pavel has been working in the cinema of the Center for creative industries since 2019. It is listed there as a utility worker, but in fact performs many functions, including helps the administrator. According to Esipova, during the employment of her son, “introduced into the team, gave a mentor, equipped a comfortable workplace and tried to help Paul join the creative life of the institution.”

Everything changed after the change of leadership, when the cinema was headed by Andrei Vasiliev. “For him, a disabled person is not a person at all,” Esipova said. She wrote that the new director “began to separate Paul from the team, forming a negative attitude to the young man with his careless attitude. Soon, the mentor Paul was fired from the institution, without which it became harder for him to work. Then, the center started repairs to place the office of the Fund of Cultural Initiatives in it. Esipova asked Vasiliev during the repair not to forget that Paul should have a normal workplace.

“What has begun here! “Rejoice that I didn’t reduce him. Do not come to me, I am very busy, I have a very important mission, I have no up to the disabled,” the woman retold with the leadership of the institution.

As a result, in the cinema for Paul, a workplace was equipped with a white screen.

The screen must be perceived as a gift, as gratitude for the fact that Paul was not fired. Realizing that a person has no moral values, I ask the last question: “And when people come to study at the project office, you will take away the screen, that is, the workplace, out of sight, down together with Paul?” And I get the answer: “Yes”. As a result - Pasha is bewildered, excited. He does not understand whether he can continue to work in his favorite cinema, ”she wrote.

Andrei Vasiliev, in turn, informed the publication “Lifting” that they put the screen “as an option for short breaks, if he [Pavel] would need to retire: to eat candy, look at the book.” The head of the center claims that after Tatyana Esipova reported that she did not like the screen, the design was removed.

“I cannot assume why such a situation arose that she splashed her emotions. But I do not appreciate it, she is mother, she knows better, she protects her son. In personal communication with me, my mother did not say such things. Pavel at each of the holidays was a welcome guest with his mother and did not miss a single one. For two years, a man existed normally in a team, and now he decided that her son’s rights were violated, ”said Vasiliev.

Tatyana Esipova reported that she submitted an application to the prosecutor's office.
