Seven years ago, on April 3, 2017, a terrorist attack occurred between the Sennaya Square and Technological Institute stations in St. Petersburg. Due to the undermining of the suicide bomber in the metro car, 16 people died and about a hundred were injured. The exact number of victims varies: Smolny reported 87 victims, the St. Petersburg metro - about 105, and "Paper" with reference to the Committee of Social Policy wrote about 108 wounded. On the anniversary of the attack, the journalists of the “Windows” talked with the victims of how their life changed after the attack.

An explosion in the metro was carried out by the Hasmor-Harder Akbarzhon Jalilov, a citizen of Russia since 2011, Uzbek by nationality and a native of Kyrgyzstan, the Investigative Committee said almost immediately.
On the day of the attack, Jalilov had two bombs: he left one in the subway at the crossing between the Square Square and Mayakovskaya stations, and the second was in his backpack. Only the second exploded. The explosives left between the "uprisings" and "Mayakovskaya" did not work, it was found after the first explosion and neutralized.

Immediately after the tragedy, the FSB detained 11 people for involvement in the terrorist attack. None of them pleaded guilty. The defendants declared torture and retain them in the secret prison of the FSB. In 2019, all of them were convicted of the terms of 19 years in prison to life imprisonment.

The main customer of the terrorist attack of the authorities recognized the native of Kyrgyzstan Sirozhiddin Mukhtarov. On September 8, 2022, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced its liquidation: Mukhtarov died from an aviation strike in the Esh-Sheikh-Jusf area in the Syrian province of Idlib.
The victims of the metro terrorist attack, with whom the journalists of the “windows” have been talking, believe that the authorities must adopt a law on constant assistance to the victims in the terrorist attack, since the one -time payments allocated by the state are leaving for the first treatment. Such a bill was developed back in 2017, but has not yet been adopted. After the terrorist attack in the Crocus near Moscow, the State Duma deputy from St. Petersburg Oksana Dmitrieva again introduced the law on social support measures to the victims in terrorist attacks. It has not yet been considered.
The "window" publishes the stories of the victims in the terrorist attack and their relatives. At their request, some names are changed.
- I went to the bookstore, went down to the subway. I was in a neighboring carriage, not in which there was an explosion. I stood, and when the explosion occurred, I was deployed. I held on to the handrail, hit my head on the door. And some kind of ringing silence in my head. There was no panic, someone tried to contact the driver. There was some kind of taste ... The smell of Gary, or something. And a small smoke, as you enter the bathhouse, in a sauna, in hammams, such a feeling. When we arrived at the station, there were a lot of people, they all fled. I did not stop there and provide assistance.
I came home and lost consciousness several times, in the end I ended up in the hospital, where I spent two weeks.
At first, I didn’t go to the subway at all, then I went only with someone-with friends, with relatives. And now I am just extremely rarely going down to the subway, simply because I do not need it.
They did not provide normal psychological assistance to me. A good psychologist was only in the sanatorium. After that, the help “Interrupted Flight” offered the help - it had our money ( collected for the victims. - “Window” ), but they said: “Why will we allocate money for a psychologist? We have our own psychologist, then go to him.”

After the attack, we were paid one -time payments from the state. Then we were simply abandoned. Over the course of very many years, we are alone with a problem: not just therapy, but some additional tests, free psychological assistance. Many people have different types of serious injuries, we need prosthetics and the like. And all this at your own expense has to do. Some people were forced to hand over all their jewelry that there are, in pawnshops, someone was forced to sell the apartment.
We had a “interrupted flight” fund. They collected the money that people sent to us. But, unfortunately, they spent all our money, did not give us.
The Interrupted Flight Foundation appeared in Russia after a plane crash with the Tu-154 aircraft near Donetsk, which was performed by the Anapa-St. Petersburg flight. 170 people were killed, including 10 crew members. Relatives of the victims organized the Interrupted Flight Foundation. There were no reports on the site for many years. We wrote to the prosecutor’s office, but to no avail, since perhaps there is support from the authorities, let's say. When we came with checks, we paid for some medications there, but at the same time asked that we would not tell anyone about it. Many still do not even know that such a fund was at all.
As for the convicts ... I cannot say whether these are people or not. I probably have 50 to 50. In any case, these are just performers, but they didn’t catch customers.
They were obliged to pay compensation in favor of those victims who filed claims. But, for example, I learned yesterday that convicts refuse to work. As a result, they can’t charge anything in favor of the victims. That is, like this, you can simply not work. The bailiff called me yesterday and informed me. I filed a lawsuit for 100 thousand rubles of compensation from each of the convicts. The court, of course, reduced the total amount to 600 thousand rubles. And in a year I am transferred to 400 rubles from each of the convicts. What do you think, after how many years I will pay 600 thousand?
I am still narrowed with the subway, because during the attack I received a contusion of the ear corridor, my hearing is reduced. The documents say that if, for a long time, the rumor will decrease, I have the right to receive 100 thousand rubles from the subway without trial. But I have been submitting all the documents for the third time, I am undergoing a full examination, and they refuse me the third time. That is, it is necessary only through the court, and I'm already tired of suing. So that there are no such situations, I would like us to be somehow protected.
- On the day of the attack, my mother and I were driving towards the Moskovskaya metro station, she escorted me, since my minibus to Veliky Novgorod, where I lived then, went at about 5 p.m. But I remember how my mother was eager to leave the house.
I came to visit my mother, we always arranged some entertainment at this time: theaters, exhibitions. On April 2, we also went to the performance with the whole family and the happy returned home. I spent the night with my mother, she and her husband lived in a suburb of St. Petersburg, and from there on April 3 by 12 hours we left for the city. We had a plan to walk along the galleries, go to some needlework stores. In fact, we could go out two hours later, and then certainly would not get into that car. But fate ordered differently. I even have a check from a needlework store with a date and time, it was about half an hour before the explosion.
Then we went into the metro on the "hay". I remember clearly the steps of the metro, the bright sun, pigeons ... We fled to that car, the train was about to leave. We managed, stood up at the end. Mom was a half -worn to the door, and I stood facing her and held on to the handrail with my right hand. I remember that I was trying to remember that I still wanted to tell her something ... Just five minutes after the train went, there was a strong cotton, a lamp went out in front of my face and something scattered above my head. But the train raced at the same speed. I was very pushed to the left. We both flew out from the right ear, all my injuries were in the right leg and hand. I was very stunned, I remember this feeling of cotton wool in my ears when nothing is heard. I did not understand anything and did not feel pain. But she gathered very quickly and began to speak with everyone in the car, help people get up, reassured so that they would not shout, and searched for their mother and our bags in this pile of fallen people. I had a shock state, a feeling of complete misunderstanding what was happening, and anger at the driver. I was sure that there was some kind of accident, and I was angry that the train was rushing, and no one could therefore resist my feet. Now I understand that in the dark I just did not see why it is difficult for people to get up, and I am glad that the train did not stop.
Then we arrived at the "Techno", I crawled out of the angry doors and just screamed from helplessness. Then, at the age of 29, I was completely infantile, cowardly and was not at all oriented at the ground. I did not understand the metro, I did not imagine what kind of station we were now, I did not know how and where to go, where to look for help. And my mother remained in the carriage. She screamed somehow strangely, and I could not raise her. Already on the platform, a man helped to get his mother out of the car and laid her next to the bench on the floor. I sat on her body on her knees, my coat was torn, blood whipped from the palm - there were fragments of glass from the lamp. Mom lay, opening her eyes, and tried to say something. I examined her head and hands. Then it seemed to me that this is the most important. I saw a piece of reinforcement in her leg, but did not notice a huge piece in her stomach. Some guy tied my hand in something, maybe a handkerchief, and, taking off his belt, pulled his foot to his mother above the fragment. I leaned toward her and kept repeating one thing: "Mommy, everything will be fine." But in horror I did not understand what to do, and just yelled at the whole station, called for help. Then, having listened strongly, I realized that my mother asks me to call her husband. I dialed him, passers -by told me that it was a "technology", and I told him that we were there, that an accident happened and my mother could not get up.
The ambulance was driving eternity, the onlookers were already dispersed, two guys with stretchers came, loaded my mother, and we ran to the exit. While I was running after them, I realized that I had something with my foot, but I thought that it was just pain from fatigue, since I was in heels.

For a long time in the turmoil, we tried to find a free ambulance and went only after some time. Two nurses put a dropper to their mother, but on the way, my mother died. We went to the Mariinsky hospital, but turned around and went to the morgue. Then they brought me to the Mariinsky hospital and immediately sent to the operation, as the right hand and leg were in fragments.
I had two operations, after which I lay in shock resuscitation for two days. In total, I spent about a month in the hospital.
Then I was sent to the sanatorium, received payment. But it was difficult to achieve treatment in Veliky Novgorod. As soon as I more or less returned to normal, I no longer applied for any help.
For seven years I have been living with a post -traumatic syndrome, looking back at people with bags in the subway, looking for suspicious personalities, and flashbacks twisted what happened. I have constant anxiety, a dream is disturbed, the infinite thoughts, endless thoughts that, having survived the tragedy, I have no right to bring any of the loved ones, because my mother has died, and I stayed to live ... For the past three years I have been engaged in psychotherapy, sometimes the condition requires that the session be twice a week. I pay psychiatrists, psychotherapists, antidepressants completely at my own expense. Physical injuries, too, not everyone healed well, I need rehabilitation, as the state worsened over the years.

I think every survivor in disaster begins to manually protect and appreciate every minute of life. This gives its fruit, my life has completely changed! I became growing up, tougher, took a fully responsibility for my life, I have no right to live badly! And I really live very well! But at the same time it is very difficult - to live without the right to make a mistake ...
Over the years, it did not occur to me to contact funds for financial assistance. The last time in December I was "lucky" to receive payments from the "Interrupted flight" fund, but before that I had to go through humiliating red tape, proving the severity of their wounds. As a result, as far as I know, the fund simply refused to somehow contribute to the degree of severity of the wounds of all the affected victims, indicated from everyone the minimal harm to health and paid a penny.
To say that it is hard is to say nothing. It is scary that terrible tragedies are repeated, and it is also scary from the fact that with the new tragedy they completely forget about the old ones.
Our government allows new victims and forgets about the old ones. There is no law on social protection of victims in terrorist attacks! People receive the first payments, and then remain alone for life alone with their problems.
- How did I get there? This is a common story. I do not go to the subway, I released the driver and decided to drive one station to the office. In general, I am a native Muscovite, but in connection with the move of my organization I was forced to work for some time in St. Petersburg. Thus, I was on a long -term business trip, rented an apartment.
I do not like St. Petersburg at all, especially the metro. I don’t know why I decided to drive this one station then. I lived in the same metro station from the office, so I didn’t use the metro, and for other trips I had a working driver.
I did not understand what happened. But then it became clear that this was an explosion, because a wave. There was no feeling that this was a fire, that something caught fire, because all the things nearby were neanimous.
I was crushed by those who fell on me. I am small and far from a large girl. At that moment, everyone was engaged in himself. Those who could stand up themselves, and it was already impossible to raise everyone else for obvious reasons.
The terrorist attack probably changed my views on the one who first comes to the rescue, how close, very close and not very close people are known in such circumstances. I was in a completely alien city for myself. Since I am a native Muscovite and I have absolutely everything in Moscow: family, friends, and relatives, and my whole life-those who were with me in St. Petersburg were completely new friends, these are not people with whom I have been friends for many years. At the same time, from those who, as it seemed to me, was very close to me, I did not see the proper support.
I'm not afraid to ride the subway, although I do not often go there. This [terrorist attack] can happen anywhere. Terrorism is scary, it is terrible! Of course, like every person, there is an inner feeling that this will never happen to him. And only over the years you understand that you can’t talk about anything like that.
It is a pity people who suffered in Crocus. They were in a more stressful situation than those who suffered in the carriage. It all happened with lightning speed. And people in Crocus were in this state for more than one minute. They had to run away, hide, hide, save themselves. They shoot at you like a hare. It is much worse. And those people who died in the toilet, suffocating ... It seems to me that in Crocus a more terrible terrorist attack than just an explosion. They kill you, but slowly. In the situation of the explosion, this is not - you either died or survived.
I had a fairly strong concussion, bruises and small abrasions. I spent about 10 days in the hospital. All this time I was not allowed to exist calmly. Half of the people, as I understood, lay in intensive care and could not speak, someone, of course, was no longer alive. I was one more or less speaking. And from 8:30 to 7 pm at first they came to me from the FSB, then the Ministry of Emergencies, after the trail, then someone else, after the psychologist, then again the Ministry of Emergencies, after the trace of it again. And so it was every day! It was just an incredible number of people. And as soon as I was discharged, I already went to them.
They tried to find out where I was in the carriage. The security service brought me his scheme, asked what was there, who I saw nearby, whether anyone had suspicion. The Investigative Committee asked some questions. Everyone had completely different questions, the same nature, but it was endless. Once I already asked: "And you can’t come once and ask everything?! You come for this or that information every day. I say even more than you ask me, because I have nothing more to answer."
The court lasted a very long time. I was sure that everyone was sentenced to life imprisonment.
