In March, the number of cases of ultra -right violence increased by half, according to the estimates of the SOVA research center.

Expert: Ki notes that the growth of violence by the ultra -right is associated not only with the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, but also with the holidays in Russian schools. Of the 16 serious attacks based on hatred, four were committed after the terrorist attack and were filed in ultra-right telegram channels as “revenge ”. In February, an expert: Ki counted seven serious racist attacks.

After the terrorist attack, the ultra -right channels reported 25 less significant street attacks with gas spray cans. The attacks were aimed at people of "non -Slavic appearance" and two girls in hijabs. Until March 22, the expert: Ki counted 27 such attacks, which indicates a noticeable activation of the ultra -right after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.

Other cases of “revenge for the terrorist attack” related to the harm of property are also noted : punctures of car tires with numbers from the regions of the North Caucasus (Chechnya and Dagestan), as well as from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. On March 24, in one of the ultra -right channels, a video was published, where an unknown person throws a bag with a pig’s head into the mosque.

At the end of March, other manifestations of hatred were also noted, in particular, a video in the Moscow metro, in which the ultra -right surrounded a resident of Yakutia and began to shout racist slogans.

Earlier, the Samara organization "Northern Man", together with other nationalist associations, recorded a collective video message to Putin, State Duma and the government with a demand to revise the migration policy of Russia. The video proposes to tighten the restrictions that is justified by crimes by Migranto: K - in particular the murders of "veterans on the basis of Russophobia and hatred."
