Novosibirsk Ilya Bakharev went to war to get the order and "correct his biography." At the front of a contractor, colleagues were tortured for 14 hours - and then they killed

Ilya Bakharev was sure: the first business trip to the front was unsuccessful for him. In April 2023, the 36-year-old Novosibirsk signed up in the Redut PMC and got to Bakhmut, who at that time was practically surrounded by Russian troops. The commander who met the recruits “first took from their first -aid kits Promedol - and set a dose,” recalls Svetlana Bulavina in a conversation with the “ shore ”. She lived with Bakharev for many years - they considered each other spouses, but officially did not arrange a marriage.

While “in an inadequate state”, the mercenary demanded that the recruits “put the howitzer in a clean field - no fortifications, no tree, or bush”. And in response to the objections of the soldiers that they “immediately unwind [the enemy]”, replied: “You came here to die here! The order is not discussed. ” When the first artillery calculation really “scattered art ” of the Armed Forces, Bakharev left for Donetsk and signed a refusal of service.

Bakharev considered it “shameful” that he could not gain a foothold in PMCs - and began to look for the opportunity to return to the front. “Now the summer is over, we’ll dive your child, finish the repairs in the apartment - and that’s it, I sign [the contract] from the Ministry of Defense,” Bulavina retells.

Bakharev made his way to military service in order to “wash away the spot from his biography,” explains Svetlana: a long prison term for the distribution of drugs. His loved ones are convinced that the police threw Marijuana Ilya: “But when he wrote complaints of the circumstances of the arrest, no one took them into account. Type "for just not planting."

“Ilya said that“ does not want to be a prisoner for children, ”recalls Svetlana; Their son with Bakharev Lev was born shortly after the start of the invasion. “No, I’ll leave now, and when I return with the Order of Courage, I can go to any court - and get compensation for eight years of the seized”. ”

On September 22, 2023, Bakharev really signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense and got into the 164th motorized rifle brigade of the 25th Army . Almost without preparation, he was sent to the area of ​​the village of Grechishkino near Novoidar of the Lugansk region - part 11740 in the repair company. The soldiers lived right in the forest - in the same tent and sleeping bags thrown around it.

The platoon commander Rasulzhon Makhmudov appointed Ilya the head of the guard - and instructed him to equip the location before the onset of cold weather. Bakharev dug up dugouts, set the guards - and introduced a dry law. “Because I have already seen [in Redut] to which this leads to,” says Svetlana. - [In a new place], Ilya in the company was sitting, swearing, drunkenness: they drove each other with an ax, and threw themselves with knives. He quickly found an approach: he dug a hole - as if a “sobering -up” - and let go there until they come to his senses. ”

Another reason for the pride of Ilya, except for the field detector, was already bought at the place of service Red Pitbike of the Chinese brand Kayo. Ilya took many photos with him; On one of them, the motorcycle is exposed right on the edge of a shallow hole in which three men are sitting in camouflage.

Having adjusted life, Bakharev decided to “not sit” in the repair company, but to transfer “from the rear to the attack aircraft or into intelligence,” says Bulavina. According to her memoirs, Ilya reasoned like this: “I came here to serve, not looping. And when I return from the war, they will perceive me differently. ”

"Here I will not get the order of courage"

In mid -October, Bakharev and Makhmudov left for Rostov - buy stoves, pillows and blankets for the winter. Without the supervision of the platoon and the head of the guard, the soldiers in Grechishkino went into a binge and "prompted" , recalls Bulavin. Returning to the location, Ilya discovered that all with difficulty established life - “in the mess”: “Gloved, assigned, flooded with vomiting and rollton. The furniture is broken. Tactical headphones and shoes are eaten with rats. ”

Bakharev reported to his colleagues, but the command suddenly intervened for the soldier - the deputy political officer Vladislav Iceelkov . “Are you taking a lot of yourself? Why are you treating the guys? Well, got drunk and got drunk - it's okay. Everyone needs to rest, ”retells Svetlana's objections to the deputy commander of the company.

Bakharev did not agree with the political officer. After the quarrel, he sent to Ilya to the front line - to guard the warehouse with ammunition in the Lugansk city of Rubezhnoy (at that time - about 20 kilometers from the place of fierce battles) and loading shells into vehicles, setting a little further to the front, to creminated. The contractor took it as a punishment, Svetlana recalls: "Here I will not receive the order of courage."

Bakharev approached the new task, however, Bakharev approached - at least “thumping in the Rubezhnoye too,” says Bulavina. And Ilya continued to send a photo and video from the front line to the bride-in one of them he shoots the city from the WPK-Ural armored car window. In three minutes, not a single whole building appears in the frame; In the final, Bakharev turns the smartphone on himself, smiles and throws Jambo into the camera.

Conflicts with the command, meanwhile, continued-now not with the political officer, but with the company commander, a 57-year-old graduate of the Soviet military university Konstantin Barilenko, who began to serve (also in the repair troops) even under the USSR. He returned to the Russian army with the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine-and after a long civilian career: Barilenko worked in Novosibirsk companies for the production of vegetable juices and packaging, was the deputy director of security at the Novonikolaevsky dairy plant, and in 2021 he was nominated to deputies of the Iskitim City Council from the Party of Pensioners .

Bakharev and Barilenko had a whole series of skirmishes: the commander set tasks in increased colors and "without explaining anything." “I gave orders that could not be implemented,” says Bulavina. - Once I asked to saw a lot of firewood in a couple of hours - and without a chainsaw there was there and not to manage in a day. Ilya had to quickly call a taxi and buy this saw in some store-everything is on his own. ”

Bulavina learned more about the conflict at the end of November 2023, when she arrived in Severodonetsk to spend his dismissive with Ilya. As a gift, she brought a new body armor (“light, just for the attack aircraft”) and weaved a “fiery” camouflage network with “spiders” . They spent almost all the time in a rented apartment, without leaving because of shelling and early commandant. “Yes, and the local population looks with the negative,” says Svetlana. “Neither the military nor the Russians love there.”

On the streets of the city, the couple managed to take only two pictures: on both Ilya and Svetlana hug. Now Bulavina admits that she barely recognized the usually cheerful Bakharev: in Severodonetsk he came already depressed and silent.

“He was restless,” she recalls. - He was with a broken hand and a back to load on the loading of ammunition: they did the three of them and simply could not do it physically. He mentioned that he had “misunderstandings with Barilenko: he does not like how I talk to him”. ” When Svetlana clarified what it was about, Ilya explained the conflict like this: “I talk to him on equal terms. Because he is not in the state to give orders: all the time drunk. "

Before leaving, Ilya frightened the bride. “He gave me a picture of the data [of his platoon Rasulzhon] Makhmudov,” Bulavina recalls. -And he says: “If something happens to me, all questions for him.” “What should happen to you?” “Well, let it be just in case.”

Returning from the dismissal, Bakharev asked the command to send another person to the milestone for loading ammunition. According to Svetlana, in response, Barilenko “sent“ to talk ”and“ figure out the “two scumbags”, his colleagues - sergeant, deputy commander of the platoon Dmitry Semenikhin and ordinary Nikolai Sazhin, who was made by the head of the guard in Grechishkino instead of Ilya.

From the Rubezhnaya Sazhin and Semenikhin “left with nothing,” Bulavina says: “Ilya did not give them the right to download.” On the same day, Barilenko sent a car for Bakharev - and demanded that he return to Grechishkino. “They pull it back-they don’t like something, as I behave,” Svetlana retells the penultimate conversation with Ilya. -Barilenko said that “he will send me there-I don’t know where, and that I will have to show myself there”. ”

Svetlana encouraged Ilya: “You have masking nets, there is a body armor, there is a thermal underwear - you can handle it wherever they bring.”

The last time they talked late in the evening of November 29 - it was already midnight in Novosibirsk. Ilya, who only returned to the former location after a month and a half break, noticed that in Grechishkino "a full fucker is now happening."

"They came to kill him asleep"

During the autumn of 2023, a gang of extortionists was formed in Grechishkino, followed by the criminal case materials, Bakharev’s colleagues, as well as the statements of the Ilya family to the Investigative Committee.

The group of extortionists included the same Sazhin and Semenikhin, as well as the military with the call sign “Jamal”, “Azar”, “Falcon” and “Afonya”. All six settled in one of the dugouts equipped with Ilya and, according to the soldiers, every night they “went on an attack on the camp”: they were looking for their colleagues who had already managed to drink, beat them (“they could break the spine”), and then demanded money from them - as a “fine”.

“Fulfillment for booze” amounted to one hundred thousand rubles; The same was “worth” permission to travel to Rostov for “decorating a salary or SIM card”; To get to the hospital, the servicemen had to pay to the extortionists already 150 thousand. In addition, it was possible to give a bribe “in order not to go to the front -line” (“New Gazeta Europe” has already described how they buy vacations and the opportunity not to participate in the assaults at the front).

Extortion took place under the leadership of the platoon Makhmudov; Later, he will allegedly find one and a half million rubles “sewn in a chair”. The company doctor Stanislav Podkosov claims that Rasulzhon “tried not to shine” and take bribes “beautifully”, but it did not always work out from the commander: “Once the guys went for vodka - so he filled one muzzle (we later gave him a prunes of the“ headlight ”), and the second did not touch and said:“ You will be ourselves ”.

Barilenko patronized the gang, convinced Bulavina, and disposed of its participants as his own improvised ones: “I am sure that Barilenko ordered Sazhin and Semenikhin so that they would call Ilya from Rubezhny back to Grechishkino - and“ besieged ”there.”

The materials of the criminal case of the role of Barilenko do not say anything, but the actions of Sazhin and Semenikhin are described in detail. Closer to midnight on November 29, they went into the dugout, where Ilya spent the night, threw it off the bed - and began to beat him with a “wooden stool, to which was wrapped logs.” “They came to kill the sleeping man,” says Svetlana. “He didn’t even have time to say anything.”

Ilya could not get up from the floor. “Not two or three killed him, but six (nevertheless accused of the case, only two - approx.“ Coasts ”) . And he had no chance to survive, - Bulavin is sure. - The main blows are in the head. Stool, ax; Dumb, chopped. Sadin and Semenikhin began, and the rest went around, joined, shot on the video. And they also jumped on his head. They jumped on everything on it. ”

By dawn, Bakharev had already been broken, “literally scattered ribs,” says Bulavina. When one of the fragments struck his left lung, he cried out - then the dying was simply covered with a towel. They continued to drink in this dugout until the very exit to the construction: as one of the witnesses recalls with the call sign “Kashchei”, Semenikhin and Sazhin “Lily Ilya on the head of vodka and mocked”.

At two in the afternoon - “when Ilya stopped wheezing” - his colleagues “stated death,” says Svetlana. According to the expert’s conclusion from the Starobel interdistrict department of the forensic medical examination, Bakharev died of traumatic shock, hemorrhage into the brain, as well as a fracture of ribs, subdyoid and larynx.

In almost 14 hours, only his colleague with the call sign of Gucci tried to interrogate Bakharev to stand up for Bakharev - he was beaten as a punishment for this, and then they sent to dig a grave for Ilya.

"As they dug up - they brought it"

On the afternoon of November 30, Grechishkino began destroying evidence. The wooden floor in the dugout was soaked in blood - to get rid of its traces, there I had to change the boards and even dig the ground under them. Ilya’s clothes, his military ID and SNILS was burned . Those who were not present during the murder said that “the drunk Bakharev fled from the unit and put on the wanted list” - and for credibility they even printed orientation on him.

Ilya’s things “waved and hungry,” says Bulavina: “The silver chain, a new razor, knives, generator, cash, cash - everything is lost. They didn’t take it - because they didn’t find it - only 35 thousand [rubles] folded into an envelope, which Ilya’s brigade collected Makhmudov on the TV from the Rubezhny. They wanted to blossom him so that they would not be sent anywhere else - they left them in the same composition in which they had already taken work. ”

Semenikhin and a soldier with the call sign “Jamal” (his name “shore” is not known), meanwhile, threatened the company doctor Podkosov. He was demanded from him, if they begin to ask about the loss of Ilya, to say that Bakharev “escaped from the unit in alcohol-narcotic intoxication”. ““ Jamal ”pushed my hand in my forehead and said:“ Look, to whom you will tell [the truth] - I will personally kill you, ”recalls Stanislav.

All these details became known to the family not from the official investigation (the criminal case against Sazhina with Semenikhin was brought on December 8), but thanks to the initiative of the former colleagues of Bakharev on the “redoubt”. They were deployed near Grechishkino - and rumors that “Ilya was seen very beaten,” reached them on November 30. Then the mercenaries contacted Novoidar’s military police and sought for three days to ensure that they, along with the military police and riot police, were allowed into the location of the repair company.

During these three days, the family turned “to all possible instances: the military police, the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to all the high -ranking chiefs known to us,” the family was addressed in the UK, but “assistance was provided only on December third”.

The case eventually initiated the 124th military investigative department of the IC of the Russian Federation. In the same place, adds Bulavin, "the guys [from the" Redut "] issued an order that they were also involved in search activities and have the right to interview involved persons." “That is, the [official security forces] had to drive and show everything,” Svetlana is convinced.

How is it possible?

According to Bulavina, the Russian military investigation is simply overloaded with criminal cases - and resorts to any help.

“In their [self -proclaimed] LPR, as I understood, as I understood from the words of the Starobelsky and Novoidar prosecutor and investigator, the investigation of the murders in the units are not a priority,” says Svetlana. - First of all, they take up those crimes that military personnel commit against the civilian population: also murders, rape, robberies. I also remember when I went to Ilya in Severodonetsk, he told me: “Don’t dare to talk to anyone, not to come to the cars - so that no one would stuff [to the salon] and did nothing”. ”

The media really have repeatedly reported the crimes of Russian troops against civilian territories occupied by the RF Armed Forces.

Over the three days that the security forces tried to get to Grechishkino, Sazhin and Semenikhin fled, taking machine guns and at least eight grenades with them. On December second, both drove to Novoaydar to give their local girls a bouquet of flowers - and say goodbye. “We will not see each other anymore! Problems - we need to leave, ”Svetlana retells.

Bakharev’s colleagues showed the security officials the place where he was buried. The body was buried on the edge of the forest, where four crossing roads crossing the buckwheat merge into one, leading towards Severodonetsk. In the same place, in the thickets, they also found the phone of Ilya - "a horn twisted in Barani."

Bakharev’s body - to conduct an examination and reburied - was raised from the ground. Svetlana knows from the people who dug up her husband that his grave was "turned out to be very small." “I have it in two meters, tall, but it was so broken that Ilya managed to put it in his own sleeping bag and fit into the hole,” Bulavina says. - In the morgue they said that they had to “straighten it” - posthumously correct the bones. ”

Bakhareva Svetlana saw the body of the Novosibirsk crematorium, where the zinc coffin was opened. “When I already saw him live ... The body was withered-and the head became some kind of round and black-purple. Unrecognizable, ”recalls Bulavina. - When we contacted the Rostov morgue, we asked him to be embalmed and dressed in shape. But in fact, he was lying there not washed, not dressed: as he dug up - in the ground and blood - they brought it. ”

"In the next world, see you - and I'll tell you everything"

Сажин и Семенихин до сих пор не задержаны; заведенное на них 124-м военным следственным отделом СК РФ уголовное дело, убеждена Булавина, не расследуется. Следователь перестал отвечать на сообщения и звонки, говорит Светлана, а в ответ на обращения семьи к генпрокурору Краснову, главе СК Бастрыкину, министру обороны Шойгу и президенту Путину «пришли отписки».

Чтобы привлечь внимание к нераскрытому делу, семья запустила петицию с требованием, «чтобы В. В. Путин лично взял на контроль дело об убийстве Бахарева И.М.». «Нам уже не помочь, но, может, мы сможем уберечь других парней», — говорится в обращении, которое подписали 1624 человека.

В части 11740, где убили Бахарева, действительно неоднократно пропадали и при невыясненных обстоятельствах гибли военнослужащие. Так, украинский журналист Андрей Цаплиенко в октябре 2023-го сообщал , что солдат Дмитрия Коробицина и Дамира Мазитова «задушили ремнем свои же сослуживцы» (а командование якобы попыталось сокрыть это убийство). Разыскивают родственники и Виктора Кузнецова, который пропал со связи месяцем ранее, в сентябре.

Еще с двумя семьями, чьи близкие бесследно пропали из части 11740 осенью 2023-го, связалась семья Бахарева. «Нашли, например, маму, которой в октябре 2023-го сказали, что их сын „убежал за водкой и впоследствии остался с женщинами с низкой социальной ответственностью“, — говорит Булавина. — Мама парня говорит, что он хотел служить, контракт заключил сам — и что не стал бы так».

Показания о том, что произошло в части с Ильей Бахаревым, могли бы дать 36 сослуживцев, находившихся в Гречишкино в часы убийства. Однако всех их, по словам следователя, «отправили на ноль», то есть в зону активных боев — вероятно, чтобы следствие не смогло их расспросить.

Вскоре после убийства расформировали и саму часть 11740. Однако и Сажин, и Семенихин, и Бариленко, которого Булавина тоже подозревает в причастности к убийству, продолжили службу.

Сажин, несмотря на уголовное дело, не скрывается — по крайней мере, от родственников Бахарева. Бывшим сослуживцам Ильи по «Редуту» он сообщил, что продолжает службу в Хабаровске — и снова готовится «к отправке в зону СВО». Удалось до него дозвониться и Булавиной: в этом разговоре Сажин заявил, что «если бы у тех, кто убивал, была возможность все повторить, то повторили бы». В дальнейшей переписке он отказался говорить о конкретике: «На том свете увидимся — и все расскажу».

Семенихин после убийства отправился служить в отряды «Шторм Z» — специального добровольческого штурмового подразделения, в которое бойцов набирают в том числе из тюрем. Как узнала Булавина, его группу «могло размотать на Авдеевском направлении».

23 февраля 2024-го Светлана встречала на военном кладбище в Новосибирске. «Берегу» она отправила видео, снятое в тот день: к кресту на могиле Бахарева привязали гелиевый шар в камуфляжной раскраске, а в снег воткнули российский триколор. Когда камера поворачивается, видно, что вокруг много таких же, украшенных флагами, могил. «С праздником, родные, — говорит за кадром мать Ильи. — Любим вас».

Вместо деревянного креста Булавина хочет поставить на могиле Ильи гранитный памятник. Деньги на это она собирается найти сама: представители Минобороны, говорит Светлана, заявили семье Бахарева, что выплаты за погибшего им не положены: «Потому что Илья погиб не в бою — то есть его убили не хохлы».

В Главном военном следственном управлении и Минобороны РФ не ответили на запросы «Берега». Дмитрий Семенихин, Николай Сажин и Константин Бариленко не ответили на звонки, СМС и сообщения в мессенджерах и соцсетях.
