"Medusa": in the FSB they are engaged in the persecution of independent theater figures

The Medusa publication claims to gain access to the electronic correspondence of the FSB Office for the Protection of the Constitutional Origin of Sergei Dubov, from which it follows that he is related to the persecution of independent theater figures, using anonymous telegram channels.

"Medusa" claims that Dubov’s correspondence was provided to the publication by the mail that directly hacked it. The publication does not name his name, but claims that the authenticity of the correspondence confirmed.

As follows from the correspondence, in recent years, Dubov collected compromising materials for theatrical critic and curator Marina Davydova, participated in the campaign against the director Zhenya Berkovich, who is now in a pre-trial detention center on charges of justifying terrorism because of his staging, helped the party to the prosecution of the Seventh Studio against the director Kirill Serebrennikov and his colleagues, and also overtook his colleagues, and also supervised his colleagues The struggle for submission to the state of the theater award "Golden Mask".

From the text, in particular, it follows that Dubov allegedly transmitted the supervisor of independent theater figures to the anonymous telegram channel “Snowlit” - the information that is at the disposal of the FSB. After the “compromising” channel publications, many of them were faced with troubles, in particular, the professor of the Russian State Institute of Stage Arts (RGISI) Konstantin Teacher was dismissed and lost the work of actress Varvara Shmykova. In the "Superior" her intimate photos were published, which the day before the publication appeared in the correspondence of Dubov (from where he received them - it is unknown). Also in the post office of the FSB officer there were also photographs of the film critic of Marina Davydova from the border, later also published in the telegram channel.

The channel also publishes anonymous devastating reviews on the work of independent cultural figures. "Medusa" claims that it was Dubov who attracted critics who are ready to cooperate with the authorities to write them. As the Medusa writes in the "grid" related to oak telegram channels, they also include Real Cultras and the "backstage", they all specialize in the persecution of cultural figures. Among those who can be related to the activities of these channels, the text is also called PR man, Ivan Lykoshin, director of Rosizo Olga Galaktionov and director of the Zaryadier Center Ivan Demidov.

The text also states that Dubov oversaw attempts to capture control over the independent theater prize "Golden Mask". In the end, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the president of the “mask” became the actively supporting Vladimir Putin Vladimir Mashkov.

Dubov and other persons mentioned in the investigation to the requests of "Medusa", they say, did not answer.
