The court sentenced a Crimean citizen to a year in a penal colony in the case of threatening a gas station attendant wearing a cap with the letter Z

The Kirovsky District Court of Crimea sentenced a local resident to a year in a penal colony in the case of threatening to kill a gas station worker for refusing to take off a cap with a Russian flag and the letter Z. The Kryminform agency reports this.

The accused's name is Dlyaver Salimov, a card for this name is on the court's website. A criminal case under Part 2 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code was opened against him in August last year after a denunciation by pro-government activist Alexander Talipov. Then the man was sent to a pre-trial detention center.

In his Telegram channel, the informer published a video in which, presumably, Salimov says to a gas station attendant in a cap with the letter Z : “Once again I see you in this shit, I’ll burn you at the same time. Understood? I’ll fucking burn you, fuck!” The conflict occurred in the city of Old Crimea.

In mid-August, a Crimean citizen was fined four thousand rubles under a protocol for refusing to take an alcohol test (Part 1 of Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and arrested for 14 days under a protocol of petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the Crimean Human Rights Group, security forces several times offered Salimov to record a video with an apology, but he refused to do so.
