Mass evacuation in Orenburg

The authorities declared a mass evacuation in Orenburg due to flood. Today there is a peak. The water level in the Ural River exceeded a dangerous mark by 2 meters and reached 11 meters. The flood came to other regions of Russia. In Siberia, dozens of settlements are flooded. In Kazakhstan, an emergency mode in 10 of 17 regions was introduced, tens of thousands of people are evacuated, and the arrival of high water from Russia is expected.
