The Orsk was flooded, Orenburg is drowning. Why, they ask, Putin did not come? Why the state does not help, but is finished with completely mocking handouts. And why, I will ask in response, he should come, why should the state help? What, in fact, happened?

The first time or what? There was just Crocus, and a couple of months before, people were left in the cold without warmth. And a long-long list of other disasters accompanying the current reign.

About “why he didn’t come” - so he does not go anywhere. He holds his hand on the pulse distinctly. And do not be surprised, it was always like that. Does anyone remember him near the blown up (who, by the way, blown up?) House on Guryanov? And then he did not come to Beslan, nor to the Nord-Ost. And the arrival in Crocus was, according to Peskov, it was inappropriate, and if you do not see tears on the president’s face, this does not mean that he does not worry - he is very worried. This, too, Peskov said - there is no reason to doubt. And then they didn’t kill anyone, just the city was flooded.

That even if he really empathizes with the dead, flooded, freezing, but does not express it, that is, does not appear at the place of the tragedy, then it is read unequivocally: do not give a damn about people.

But much more interesting is the question of why they do not help - not only Orsku, but generally nobody? But in this the essential features of our state are manifested. The fact is that people in Orsk, like victims in other disasters, have nothing to pay for the help of the state, nothing to offer in exchange. They are poor, but the poor servants do not.

They are not voters, because there are no elections in the country. So, they cannot use their vote for pressure on officials - to threaten that in the next elections, if there are no help, they will vote against this particular official or his party. By the way, there are no parties for a long time.

They do not have media resources to influence the reputation of those who leave them in trouble. The opposition media are closed, and the officials write about what was ordered. Yes, and there is no reputation there, and it does not matter.

They are not even taxpayers. That is, they pay taxes and not small, but well-being of the state, its ability to wage war, as well as the well-being of the leaders of the region, does not depend on their taxes. They are not a source of wealth for the state, as it should have been, but the burden, the object of charity - they need to feed them, pay pensions, and keep schools with clinics. If they all go somewhere with their taxes, the state will only become easier.

The only thing, perhaps, is what the state needs from them is that they multiply. But there is quite a lot of time between the conception and the onset of draft age.

Investing today's assistance in such distant goals to the authorities seems unnecessary. There is maternity capital - and will be from them!

This state is upside down. The well -being and career of any official, “chosen” or appointed, does not depend on the conditional “bottom” - citizens, the population, voters - but on those from above. The preservation by the governor of the Orenburg region Denis Pasler does not depend on the people who allegedly elected him, not on how they evaluate his behavior in an emergency, but from the president who appointed him. Therefore, people can be rude (“removed phones!”), And the president must be delighted with the right reports. The deputies - both the State Duma and the regional meetings - also depend not on the crosses in ballots, but on the will of the authorities. If it weren’t for this, then the whole country would have already known the name of the State Duma deputy from Orenburg - he would have spent the day and spent the night, he would personally deliver help, save the cats and export people. But he is probably busy with something more important.

It is difficult for people to accept the fact that in fact, states-structures, at least to some extent accountable to them and responsible for their well-being and security, we do not have. That no one in numerous beautiful halls and offices is concerned about how people live. That there is no one to hope! Our fellow citizens, like all people on Earth, need a state - it was not for nothing that he was invented; But in Russia it is not, there is only a sovereign ringing and military adventures.

Disasters in the Orenburg region simply do not exist for the state. Yes, a blessed look of streets immersed under the water (one word - Venice!) They demonstrate on TV, but about the most terrible things - about the flooded cattle breeders and cemeteries, about the threat of epidemics - silence! Putin said that we must fight the flood - the plot for ten seconds. The next plot is flying around the territory with an icon! And you say: "Nothing is done!"

The only tragedies that the state still pays attention to are terrorist attacks. But, I think, not because people die, but because the attack is a slap in the face to the security organs and a person out of them, but not far from the departed president. And if they did not arrange it, then they feel humiliated.

The state is organically not able to feel its responsibility at least for anything. In Crocus, only this handful of miserable people is guilty, who, apparently, will be appointed the main ones-the FSB once again, which, who, who had, apparently, who had, who had, apparently, who had been fired, are not mentioned by the owners of Crocus.

And about the dam in Orsk, Governor Pasler even said that his predecessor was building it. So, all questions for him? The predecessor may not have taken it according to the rank, from which she collapsed, but it was built by the dam, and therefore, and is responsible for everything, including compensation to the people of lost houses, the state is the very thing that the Governor Pasler now represents. Regardless of whether he personally steals or not. But he, it seems, also believes that there really is no state. So, one chatter.

The state, that is, what is called so called, people are so uninteresting that it does not even do what it can. And he knows how to suppress. Here it is just necessary - it is necessary to protect at home from looters, that is, suppress their gangs. But numerous guards guard the governor and his people from outraged citizens, and in the meantime people cannot be evacuated, as they understand that their property will be looted. And they will again be told that they themselves are to blame.

There is no state, but there is a group of people exercising power. However, their interests are infinitely far from the problems of the vast majority of the country's population. The authorities get up from the knees, bomb Kharkov, fight LGBT. And they ignore the next disaster in the same way as they do not see what is happening in the Orenburg region today.

The only thing that surprises me in connection with the current floods is that people continue to expect indifference from the authorities.
