A resident of Nizhnevartovsk in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug achieved the deprivation of parental rights of her former partner, who beat her, threatened and pursued her and the child. This was reported by the NEFT publication. The magistrate court announced the decision on April 10. At the same time, the police have not yet opened a criminal case on a man on the use of violence and threats.
The victim told NEFT that her former partner persecuted her for three years after the parting. In addition, he beat a woman and regularly threatened her with a murder. He justified his actions by the fact that he wanted to be closer to the child, paternity over which was previously proved. The woman noted that her former partner is registered in a neuropsychiatric dispensary. According to her, due to the actions of the man, her son was diagnosed with developmental delay.

In September 2023, the NEFT publication wrote that the victim submitted at least 16 statements to the police. According to “7x7”, the woman turned to the security forces 20 times. How many statements in the end came to the court is unknown. In one of the statements, the victim complained that her former lover grabbed her hair in the elevator. She asked the court to forbid him to approach her and the child. By that time, the examination has already confirmed the fact of paternity, so the court refused to forbid the rapist to approach the woman and her son. The man was fined five thousand rubles. As the NEFT publication reported, immediately after the court hearing, he again beat his ex -girlfriend. What happened to other statements is not reported.
The security forces also repeatedly refused to take measures against a man and forbid him to approach the former and the child, as he "had the right to communicate with his son," the publication noted . On April 10, the court deprived the man of parental rights and ordered him to pay child support from the moment of recognition of paternity.
