The IDF said that Israeli aircraft attacked a Hezbollah military facility in Lebanon in response to overnight attacks.

Israeli military aircraft attacked a Hezbollah military facility in Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported on social media.

The strike targeted a “major Hezbollah weapons production facility” in the Nabi Shit region of northeastern Lebanon, the Israeli military said. They clarified that the strike was a response to Hezbollah attacks on territories in northern Israel on the night of April 14.

The IDF also reported attacks on a number of Hezbollah military targets in southern Lebanon. Probably, we are talking about the strikes that the Israel Defense Forces carried out on the night and morning of April 14.

As the Times of Israel notes , in total, as a result of the night attack, Hezbollah fired about 40 rockets into northern Israel.
