Since the spring of 2023, Dmitry Frolov has been in the St. Petersburg pre-trial detention center-a fraudster who was overwhelming single mothers in different regions for many years, pretending to be a rich businessman in love with them and drawing millions of rubles from them. Cottage with Alabay

In the spring of 2020, Alina Milena was happy. Recently, she turned 32, she lived outside the city near her native Volgograd along with her lover, 40-year-old Petersburg businessman Igor Belov, and her daughter Eva. Alabay ran along a beautiful cottage, whom Igor gave Eve, learning that the girl dreams of a dog.

By that time, Alina and Igor met only a few months, but everything was serious. Belov gave her a new BMW and convinced her to sell the old car. We also discussed the joint purchase of a new apartment - in Volgograd, Alina had her own treshka (money appeared for her when Milena sold her business - beauty salon), but Belov did not like the first floor. He persuaded Alina to sell the apartment to find better housing. They were going to record real estate to Eve to provide the girl's future.

Once in the May evening, Alina and Igor were sitting on the banks of the Volga. He said that he had met a woman of his dreams in her and decided on life goals: he wants to engage in charity and help children in orphanages.

“For me, it was some kind of peak happiness, thought:“ Lord, how great it is that a person thinks so! What is noble, generous-not fixed on himself, but wants to benefit children, society, ”recalls Milena in a conversation with“ cold ”. “I understood how lucky I was, what a blessing that I was next to such a man.”

Soon Belov made an offer to Alina. He gave the future bride a wedding dress and decided on the place - they were going to celebrate the marriage at a camp site near Astrakhan, which Belov had long wanted to buy. Igor even promised to bring with him his school friend, musician Semyon Slepakov.

Everything was supposed to happen on June 7th. Arriving in Astrakhan, Alina and Eve went shopping to buy bedding and towels for relatives of the groom. He himself soon had to fly by helicopter. But at the appointed hour the helicopter did not fly, and Igor himself did not pick up the phone. Alina was worried that something happened to her beloved. The owner of the camp site, a colonel of the FSB border service in reserve, through his acquaintances found out that the helicopter landed safely, just for some reason not in Astrakhan, but in Samara, from where her fiancé was taken on the boat with two unknown people. Igor Belov never called or wrote more.

The upset Alina and her daughter returned back to the rented country house and found that six million rubles had disappeared from the safe - all the money and cars proceeds for the sale of apartments and cars. Alabay disappeared. A notification of the bank came: Milena found out that she had taken a loan of half a million rubles. In addition to her, only the groom knew the password from the personal account. And after some time they called her and asked to return the car - it turned out that she was rented. Alina really never held documents on BMW in her hands: the boyfriend showed her an agreement on a computer.

After a couple of weeks, Alina Milena found out that Igor Belova never existed. In fact, she fell in love with Dmitry Frolov-a marriage swindler with 15 years of experience.

You can’t fall in love with work at work

Milena was not the first or even the tenth victim of Frolov - a large chubby man, whom the Russian tabloids called the "chubby Casanova." He began to deceive women in the mid-2000s, when Internet dating services just appeared in Russia. Having registered on the site , Frolov wrote to a potential victim and seemed to be a successful businessman, lawyer or assistant director. He asked if interlocutors could help with housing in their city, where he came on business, was interested in who they live with and whom his parents work. Word for word - and a new acquaintance has already said that he wants a serious relationship and is certainly going to marry; He proposed to meet personally, gave flowers, took him out of work on Mercedes with a personal driver. To create a more convincing image, he even once removed the office for a non -existent company, the owner of which was presented.

Most often, Dmitry simply occupied money and disappeared. Then he began to use the scheme, which he subsequently successfully applied to Alina Milena: he convinced the new familiar to sell his car, promising that he would invest and buy a new one for her, and evaporated with money. Once he told the girl that, by agreement with the familiar realtor, it would help her profitably buy an apartment without margins, and after a few days he received 610 thousand rubles from her. Asking to wait for him in the car at the service entrance to the bank, he left, jumping in the first minibus.

In 2007, Frolov was caught . After the fraudster took 89 thousand rubles from a resident of Serpukhov, she rushed to the computer, restored the files remote Frolov - and, as she later told reporters, found correspondence with 100 different women from different cities of Russia.

In one of these correspondence, Serpukhovchanka saw a girl’s phone number from Voronezh and called her. It turned out that Dmitry Frolov (he never seemed to the victims with his real name, only pseudonyms) now lives with her. She was shocked and went to the police. Soon the fraudster was detained in a Voronezh apartment.

Frolov pleaded guilty. At one of the interrogations, he told the investigator: “It was my job. And I have an installation: you can’t fall in love with work. I treated these women like no one will ever treat them. They received everything from me that they only dreamed about. And one more thing: I did not rob the poor. Only greedy and selfish girls. They wanted to fuck from me, but I fucked them. " (This is not true: a resident of Smolensk had only four thousand rubles on the card - and two more in cash; Frolov took everything.)

According to him , he began to engage in fraud because of the divorce in the family: “I had a family and a child, I was ready to work for them. But, when the wife said that she no longer believes in me, and offered to divorce, something turned over in me. From that moment it all began. ” (Is it really so, it was not possible to find out the “cold”.)

Of the 50 episodes of fraud, which were charged with Frolov, the investigation managed to prove only 10. In 2008, the Voronezh court sentenced him to four and a half years in a maximum security colony.

This was already the second prison term by Frolov. In 2003, he was condemned for falsification of documents and the theft of two cars. A year later, he freed himself parole-and the day before leaving the prison he told the cellmate that he had friends in the FSIN, who could help to free himself early for a certain amount. The cellmate gave Frolov the address of his wife - she was just about to sell the car and eventually gave the fraudor 270 thousand rubles. A week later - probably after Frolov stopped in touch, the woman turned to the police. Frolov was immediately detained (he had only 30 thousand with him; where the rest of the amount went, the “cold” could not be found out), but they released a non -residence under the no to leave, which he took advantage of and fled.

Being in custody again three years later, Frolov sent a counterclaim against injured women about the protection of honor and dignity for half a million rubles. The court rejected him. Instead, Frolov himself was obliged to pay the victims two million rubles.

For the second time, Dmitry Frolov was released in 2013. Still being in the colony, he began to correspond with the next victim.

A partner who will solve problems

Some time after Frolova's deception was opened, Alina Milena went with her daughter to the performance of the clown Vyacheslav Polunin. But she had no strength to rejoice. “All people smile, laugh, and I just sat, sobbed and afraid of those who are sitting nearby,” Milena recalls. - When you are faced with Frolov, this is a great shock to the psyche. [You do not understand] how to do so cruelly with your soul. How can you deceive you, betray, throw you away, like nothingness. ”

In order to return her six million rubles, Milena decided to contact not only the police, but also in the media - to the program “Man and the Law”, which she often watched on the first channel. The release about its history was published in June 2020. The gear spectators recognized the scammer from the photo and called to tell their stories. All of them were similar: Frolov, having called someone else's name, persuaded the girls to buy a new car (under the pretext that his woman worthy of the best car - or that their future children need a larger car), the apartment, borrowed money or convinced the loan. They differed only by the amount of time that he spent with his victims (at least two cases to get money and disappear, Frolov was enough for several days), and the amounts that he managed to decorate. Milena told the Cold that in many cases Frolov convinced women to take a loan and give him money in just a few hours. According to journalists, one of the victims Frolov managed to lure nine million rubles.

In early 2012, Marina ( the name changed at her request ) met Frolov when she played poker online. At first, they simply corresponded and the girl did not make any plans, but the personal meeting changed everything. Soon Marina became pregnant - and decided to move from Krasnodar to the Moscow Region, closer to the new partner, along with two children from previous marriages.

Frolov took off for her and her children housing in Lobne and, taking her money, promised to find a suitable option for buying an apartment. The next four months, he paid to Marina and the children rented housing, visits to doctors, bought food and medicine, but they saw each other less and less. Usually Frolov wrote down the soothing howls: “Baby, I do not need anyone but you. In general, no one, understand? " Without waiting for documents for the apartment and suspecting a partner in lies, Marina returned to Krasnodar, but continued to communicate with him. Finally, Frolov disappeared from her life in December 2013. A month later, their daughter was born.

Marina tried to find Frolov on the Internet and stumbled upon an ad on the dating site. Under the photograph of her partner it was reported: “This person is wanted! If you have at least some information about his location, please write here. ” So Marina found out that in parallel with her, Frolov also met with a resident of Moscow Alla Zaripova. Later they also learned about the third victim, whom he deceived at about the same time.

“We compared all the facts - and it turns out that the whole of 2012, when we had already corresponded, he was in prison,” Marina says “cold”. - And then he simultaneously met with me and Alla, but this is a person who did not forget anything, [as for you]. He did not get confused, he knew when and where you needed. And he himself reminded you of everything. Well, that is, was the most charming and wonderful in courtship. There is something in it-the ability to fascinate, dull. ”

All women who communicated with Frolov converge in one thing: this is a sensitive person who perfectly adapted to the needs and desires of the victim. He made the impression of a partner who “ solve all your problems”, “ a man that every woman dreams of.” “No one was looking for a papika,” adds Marina. “[They wanted] just a normal life.”

Often, the swindler aimedly chose women with children (he promised to adopt her child and also “gave” the Alabai baby) - he explained that his ex -wife was “walking”, and now he is looking for a companion who will engage in a family. Those whom Frolov did not attract externally, he enchanted voice messages: the victims conquered him as a fertile and calm intonations.

Javan Kazimov was familiar with Frolov from school - they studied in parallel classes in the hometown of the swindle, Alexander in the Vladimir region. According to Kazimov, Frolov was always inclined to deceit: for example, he offered his younger students to buy a “turbo” chewing gum for three pennies, but in fact he slipped his eraser. “Everyone knew that it was Frol and he was fucking,” Kazimov says “cold”. “But Frol has always been friendly and interesting.” He has this charm and leadership qualities. Some kind of one is suitable: once-once-and they are already looking into his mouth. And he already promised them there from three boxes, and they: “Dima, so cool, went with him!” Then they walked with him - and he threw them. ”

“Frolov is very well versed in psychology,” says Alina Milena. - He understands with whom he is talking, what a person has values, how to get into contact with him. He saw that I was cheerful, cheerful, sociable, caring, kind - and as if he put on a mask and became the same. And I thought: “Wow, this is yes, how lucky, so much in common.”

After Frolov deceived her, Marina did not let men let her go to her. She told acquaintances that she gave birth to a daughter after IVF, and for some time she believed in it. Together with Alla Zaripova, they tried to get a criminal case, but, according to Marina, the Kuban police officers laughed in her face and said that she was guilty of everything. Marina partly agree with them - although he says that, unlike many victims, she photographed Frolov’s passport and looked for information about him on the Internet, she just found nothing.

After they spoke about Frolov on Channel One, many victims (including men whom Frolov hired as drivers and his failed business partner ) were determined to achieve justice. They created a chat for several dozen people and began their own investigation.

Everything happens not like in a movie

It was not so simple to find a person put on the federal wanted list of the person whose photographs hung all over the Internet. Frolov always seemed to be fictional names, and in crowded places he hid his face - pulled his hat to his eyes, put on glasses, nose and lips with a scarf or medical mask.

Milena personally called the interior of the official dealers of BMW and Mercedes (Frolov often took victims there) in different cities, told managers about Frolov, sent orientation and asked to contact her if he came to them with a woman. She sent a photo of the scam and realtors who rented housing for the day. And daily spent an hour a day to write requests to the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee.

“For me to find Frolov was the purpose of life,” says Alina. -Someone said that I was strange, someone treated understanding. There were times when people called and said that now Frolov was sitting in a restaurant with a woman. We contacted the operas, but Frolov is fast, he will not sit for five hours in a restaurant, there you need to immediately act. And everything happens not like in a movie. ”

During the investigation, which the victims helped the employees of the “man and the law,” the accusation of a possible rape surpassed. In 2019, Frolov hired Valentina to help him look for promoters to distribute flasors: then he seemed to be the owner of a company for renting and selling cars Ivan Makeev. Soon he invited her to a visit with his friend to drink. According to Valentina, the next morning a minor girl (her exact age is unknown) told her that she wanted to commit suicide because she was raped. She did not apply to the police and refused to speak with the journalists of the “man and the law” who came to her house with her friend; "Cold" also failed to contact her.

At some point, the investigators began to suspect that Frolov was not acting alone. The scamper told many women that his relatives went abroad, but this is not so: the whole family of Frolov lives in his native Alexander. One of the victims, which Frolov introduced himself as a successful farmer, and then convinced her to give money for a joint business, remembered what she saw on a box with a food purchased for their future enterprise, the inscription “Alek-grano”. This is the name of the company for the sale of the feed for livestock, which is led by the brother of Frolov Alexander.

His relatives refuse to talk about Dmitry. “He buried me - I am him too. All! It no longer exists for me, ”his dad categorically told reporters: Frolov said to several women that“ today is buried his father, ”shot a hike in the ritual services salon, showed how he chooses a wreath and coffin, and asked not to disturb him. Alexander Frolov informed the correspondent of “man and the law” that “as a lawyer” does not see any evidence of his brother’s crimes: “There is no receipt, there is nothing - everything is given voluntarily!” At the same time, at some point, an announcement was posted on the Alekszern website that Dmitry Frolov was “hiding behind the name of the company”.

Частный детектив, нанятый обманутыми, нашел один из съемных коттеджей, куда аферист приглашал женщин. Договор на аренду заключил Евгений Романович Янин — старший сын Аллы. Одна из пострадавших, которая была в этом коттедже, вспомнила, что там жила кошка по имени Мими — ее же журналисты увидели в инстаграме Яниной. По данным «Человека и закона», в 2022 году Янина уехала в Турцию и купила салон красоты уже там. Сама Янина проходит по делу в качестве потерпевшей — она рассказывала , что по просьбе Фролова взяла кредит почти на два миллиона рублей.

Янина согласна говорить о Фролове только с полицейскими и отрицает, что помогает аферисту. По ее словам, салон красоты в Александрове ей никогда не принадлежал — а в Турции она работает «обычным мастером по найму»: так Янина написала в посте, посвященному «п@зд@бо@ам из телепередачи “Человек и закон”». (При этом в инстаграме студии Янина называет ее «своей» — и, судя по аккаунту, других мастеров, кроме нее, в фирме нет.)

Пожалуйста, сядь

Долгое время попытки найти Фролова и вывести его на чистую воду ничем не заканчивались. Жертвы устали. В какой-то момент, по словам Миленной, расследованием продолжала заниматься только она, еще одна пострадавшая и редакторка программы «Человек и закон» — остальные решили, что проще оставить болезненный опыт позади.

Как рассказывает Алина, некоторые жертвы находились в ужасном психологическом состоянии. Одна из девушек попала в психиатрическую больницу после того, как Фролов уговорил ее продать земельный участок и машину; теперь она «живет в горах, медитирует и помогает себе как может». Были и девушки, которые, утверждает Миленная, узнав от жителей Александрова, что Фролов был очень близок со своей бабушкой, отправились раскапывать ее могилу, ожидая найти там тайник с украденными деньгами. В конечном счете большинство участников чата пострадавших отказались даже подписать коллективное обращение в Следственный комитет с просьбой помочь найти афериста, потому что для них это было психологически тяжело.

В октябре 2022 года Фролов сам вышел на связь с журналистами программы «Человек и закон». «На данный момент у меня в кармане 27 миллионов, которые я готов отдать, — рассказывал он во время телефонного звонка, уверяя, что собирается сдаться полицейским под камеры. — У меня в башке многое поменялось. Запланированное публичное покаяние так и не состоялось: аферист каждый раз переносил встречу, а потом перестал звонить. А в феврале 2023 года он по классической схеме выманил деньги, полученные от продажи автомобиля, у матери-одиночки из Петербурга.

1 марта 2023 года Миленная пыталась записаться на личный прием к главе Следственного комитета Александру Бастрыкину. В этот момент ей позвонил знакомый оперуполномоченный спросил: «Алина, ты сейчас стоишь или сидишь? Пожалуйста, сядь, я знаю, насколько для тебя это важно. Дмитрий Фролов задержан».

Полицейские нашли Фролова в арендованном коттедже в Подмосковье, где он отдыхал и выпивал. Чтобы найти его, следователи смотрели выпуски «Человека и закона» с интервью жертв и изучали паттерны поведения преступника. Как вспоминает один из оперативников, аферист не сопротивлялся и уважительно сказал: «Красавцы, молодцы. Красиво сработали».

Последняя жертва Фролова просила суд не помещать его в изолятор, если аферист вернет ей украденные деньги. Сам Фролов тоже не хотел за решетку. «Я даю слово, ваша честь, что сниму квартиру рядом со следствием и буду сидеть на ступеньках, приходя, когда им надо», — говорил он на заседании 28 февраля 2024 года. Судья этой просьбе не вняла — уже год Фролов находится в СИЗО. Сейчас в его уголовном деле 24 пострадавших, у которых Фролов в сумме украл более 30 миллионов рублей.

Последний год аферист дает много интервью из изолятора. Он рассказывает, что ждал задержания, подготовил для этого сумку, что раскаивается и хочет изменить свою жизнь. Адвокат Фролова отказался говорить с «Холодом» и объяснил, что его подзащитный говорит с журналистами только за деньги: «Сами понимаете, это сейчас его источник дохода в том числе».

Фролов утверждает, что еще до приговора вернет женщинам украденное, заведет долгожданную семью и детей и, возможно, станет дальнобойщиком, ведь это его давняя мечта. Но я очень хочу это дело отпустить, потому что он уже отнял у меня три года моей жизни».

«Раньше я слышала его фамилию, и меня цепляло, — говорит Марина из Краснодара. — А сейчас я думаю: Фролов? А кто вообще такой Фролов? У меня растет дочь, и мне этого достаточно. Она красивая, умная. Хитрая! А сын взрослый скоро служить пойдет. Так что у меня все хорошо. Главное, что все живы и целы. Особенно в ситуации, когда наши ребята воюют».
