The Sovetsky District Court of Ufa fined musician Ivan Dremin (Face) 30 thousand rubles under the article on the absence of a “foreign agent” sign (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Kommersant-Ufa reports this.

The musicianwas added to the register of “foreign agents” in April 2022: after he left Russia and spoke out against the war with Ukraine. Since then, he has already been fined twice (in July 2022 and December 2023) under the article on the lack of marking as a “foreign agent” (Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences), and once under the article on failure to provide a “foreign agency” report (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code).
In the summer of 2022, Dremin was fined because of publications on VKontakte about the war with Ukraine, and in the winter of 2023 - because of a telegram post about the album “Nothing Good.”
