4 exhibitions in St. Petersburg: non -conformists, work in photogram techniques and other projects

• On April 19, the DIDI Gallery will open the exhibition “1966-1988: Leningrad-Moscow” with the picturesque and graphic works of Soviet non-conformists. Visitors will be shown the early canvases of Timur Novikov, the relief of Yevgeny Mikhnov-Vovyutenko, the collage of Vladimir Sterligov and the works of other artists. Free admission.
• In the Myikovsky Street on Friday, the personal exhibition of Lyudmila Baronina “ In the Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors ” will begin to work. For this project, the artist introduced graphics and embroidered panels.
• Until the end of next week, the Cabinet Abstract gallery on the territory of Sevkabel Port opened the Exposition of the Crabs in the Search of the Moon with the works of two artists: Oleg Shlykov and his daughter Varvara Shlykova. The curators promise visitors to the “clash and fusion of generations and styles: abstractions and pop art, expression and clear forms”.
• In Art of Foto, until May 12, you can inspect the personal exhibition of the photographer and musician Dmitry Tykvin " Glass Town ". The new works of Tykvin depict glass vessels of various shapes, they are made in the technique of photograms - when the image is obtained by a photochemical way without using the camera.
