Против жителя Тамбова Андрея Ткача возбудили уголовное дело по статье об оправдании терроризма из-за комментариев в соцсетях, сообщает Astra.

По данным журналистов, поводом для дела послужили комментарии Ткача во «ВКонтакте», якобы оправдывающие поджог военкомата в Мурманске. Где сейчас находится обвиняемый, неизвестно.

Astra уточняет, что военкомат в Мурманске подожгли в ночь на 14 мая. По подозрению в поджоге был задержан 19-летний Шамиль Алиев-Гасанов. На допросе он утверждал , что совершить поджог его вынудил человек, угрожавший ему в соцсетях.
