The Russian army attacked Odessa drones. Among the victims are children

Russian drones on Tuesday night attacked the Kyiv region and the surroundings of Odessa.

As a result of the attack in Odessa, residential buildings were damaged, a fire began. Nine people received injuries and injuries, of which four were children. Rescuers managed to save 34 people, including three children, wrote in Telegram the head of the Odessa regional administration Oleg Kiper.

In the course of the raid, local telegram channels reported powerful explosions indicating the hit of the drone at the target.

The mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov said that at least 14 apartments were destroyed. Infrastructure objects are damaged. The official clarified that the administration of the Perepypsky district in the northern part of the city, where part of the port infrastructure is also located, organize assistance to the victims.

The head of the Kyiv city military administration, Sergei Popko, said that all drones flying to Kyiv that night were shot down. There are no destruction and victims, Popko wrote. According to him, the drones were launched by the Russian military from the Kursk region and made a big hook, flying Sumy and Cherkasy regions and entering Kyiv from the southwest.

The air forces of Ukraine reported that 15 of the 16 shock drones of the Shakad type launched by the Russian army were shot down tonight.
