On April 22, the Central District Military Court found 41-year-old Chelyabinsk resident Alexei Sidorov guilty under the article on justification and calls for terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) because of a stream with a call to “fuck the Kremlin.” The case file is available on the court’s website; the Dostup-1 publication reported on the verdict.
Sidorov was sentenced to two and a half years in prison and a three-year ban on website administration.
In May 2023, a man conducted a stream under the pseudonym “Alalas Alalasovich”, on which he emotionally commented on the drone attack on the Kremlin. In particular, he addressed the Ukrainians with the words “We need you to get to the Kremlin and fuck. Well, really, but how else can we do it? There’s only one hope for you, boys.”
The recording of the stream was posted on his channel by pro-Kremlin blogger Anatoly Shariy, and the next day security forces came to Sidorov’s home. After a search, the man was detained as a suspect in a criminal case and sent to a pre-trial detention center.
