A case was opened against 29-year-old resident of Karachay-Cherkessia Taulan Kipkeev on military “fakes” based on hatred or enmity (clause “d”, part 2, article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) because of a video on Instagram about “killers” sitting in the Kremlin. ASTRA writes about this.
Kipkeev is accused of posting a video on Instagram that he shot while walking along Red Square in Moscow. In the video, a young man points to the Kremlin and says: “Right behind this wall, under this flag, sit the very same murderers who are causing the war in Ukraine now. All these people are walking, relaxing, but some were left homeless, homeless, some were killed, some had their children and parents killed.” He adds that Putin and his associates are “awaiting a fair trial. Because they will all be punished."
It is unknown where the person involved in the case is now and whether he has been given any kind of preventive measure.
Most likely, Taulan Kipkeev is a mountaineering and skiing instructor who organizes hikes in the Caucasus Mountains. In September 2021, an instructor with the same name participated as a guide in the tragic ascent of Elbrus, due to which five people died. By his actions, Kipkeev was able to save some of the people from the group, but he himself received serious injuries.
