Tucker Carlson published an interview with Alexander Dugin

American journalist Tucker Carlson published a 20-minute interview with Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin.

Introducing his guest, Carlson said Dugin's ideas were "considered so dangerous that the Ukrainian government killed his daughter" and the Biden administration allegedly banned his books in the US, making them unavailable for purchase on Amazon.

Most of Carlson's conversation with Dugin is devoted to Vladimir Putin. According to Dugin, the dislike of the West and liberals for Putin and his policies is explained by the fact that he advocates the restoration of traditional values, state sovereignty, the traditional family, and also insists on the isolation of “Russian civilization” as a special region of the world.

In February, Tucker Carlson visited Moscow and interviewed Vladimir Putin. According to the journalist, the interview with Dugin was recorded at the same time.

Alexander Dugin's daughter Daria died in August 2022 as a result of a car explosion. Later, the FSB stated that the perpetrator of the terrorist attack was Ukrainian citizen Natalya Vovk, who mined a car and then was able to leave Russia for Estonia.

Dugin himself accused the Ukrainian authorities of killing his daughter and said that she died “in the name of our Russian victory.” Representatives of Ukraine denied any involvement in the explosion.
